9/23/23 Always really good deals! This one is good. Wide variety of goods. Got French toast sticks, breakfast hot pockets, candy like almond joy, Reese's, Reese's pumpkins, Halloween pretzels,etc., flavor water adds, soil, snuggly, etc. Organized and easy to find what you need! Really nice store! The worker was kind and very friendly. $5 off deal! After paid the worker wished a good day! Great service & Great store! Highly recommended!

I went into Dollar General with my son. ..didn't realize he was kicked out due to making YouTube videos inside. .. when the store manager Susanna approached with a negative demeanor and attitude it thrwq me off ...what did I do...so I tried talking to her to see what was the situation and she was rude as if I was the one kicked out . So I asked her for her name which she provided with a tone in her voice that was unpleasant so I asked for the corporate number to which she replied for me to look it up myself . As the face of Dollar General her cudt8ner survive and customer satisfaction skills are non existent so I looked up the number myself....I called and Nicole called me which is Susanna boss from what I was told. She was gonna kook into it and call me baxk and she never did so I left a message for her...still no call so I called corporate again and this time asked for a real manager to call me back which he did. I explained what had happened and he understood why I was upset and was supposed to talk Susanna and call me back also . All I wanted was to know why as a manager would she think it's ok to not give the corporate number if a customer has a complaint ...he still hasn't called me back either . .I have footage to validate how horrible of a manager she is on my phone and I'll be calling corporate again today to talk to someone that actually cares about providing good customer experience...this Dollar general sucks

Brough my own balloons to be inflated since they were custom. Lady filled them up & handed them to be to attach the string. Asked her why she was handing them to me when I don’t even work here. Her response was “we are busy with a line right now” hahahaha i was starstruck. I don’t even work there . She said she “understood my frustration” told her I wasn’t frustrated just using common sense. Last time coming here. Y’all need to do your job man! Sheeshh
