Would not recommend going unless You want one of their managers Cintia to try To Get at Your husband. She was very Rude And She Brought Personal issues to her work place, she also helped with confidential information when the customer wasn’t present.

Nice people but their mistake was un correctable my wife's phone got shut off on valintines day when I was getting her a new iPhone and she had no phone for today they could not restore hers so I had to tell her and give her the new phone so no surprise no special moment all was lost it was supposed to be delayed activation instead it was immediate not a happy v day

To be honest, me and my boyfriend just walked in there to make a payment, and it was awkward and made me feel very uncomfortable. I did not feel welcomed at all. Bad customer service. We would rather travel to another cricket location.

Very rude. I called to inquire about my options because my phone (about six months old) stopped working. The associate was not helpful and gave me an attitude when I tried to ask questions to HELP HER provide more helpful answers. Train your staff better.
