We use to take a lot of vehicles to Country Club Auto Body when the previous owner had it. We were always taken very good care of. So far my experience with the new owner has not been good. We tried them out on a repair on one of our trucks. Do to Covid it took a long time to get the parts in but they had me drop it off with them, not knowing they hadn't gotten all the parts in. When I finally did get my truck back the work was just Ok. The lines weren't as good as they should have been but under the hood, which was in pristine condition when I dropped it off, came back with over spray in the engine compartment as well as all the insulation looked like they had left the hood off and it had gotten rained on. They would not admit it was their fault.Year later, I wanted to give them another chance since I had never been to any other body shop. I took another truck to them with slight damage from striking a pole. I wanted to pay cash to try and keep my rates down. They wouldn't even look at it. Said they are only doing insurance work. I told them I had been a long time customer, didn't matter. Obviously the new ownership could care less about customer loyalty or quality work.Service: Body & Trim

The best experience I have had at a shop in a long time! They were so helpful in person and over the phone! The lady at the front desk is always the sweetest and the adjusters are very nice and knowledgeable!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
