Chase's Chop Shop is a full service butcher store. They butcher your animal and cut and wrap the meat. They offer all sorts of cuts already portioned and seasoned, plus a large variety of house made sausages. They also do catering, I believe. Personal service is what they are about.
Their premises were clean and orderly. I was treated with a friendly courteousness and generous offers of further service. You couldn't find a better atmosphere or place to shop, Chase's has it all.

Awesome staff hands down the best meat in madera top quality and they have a lot of there own recipes they throw on there different meats that are very tasty

I brought a 75 pound deer in it was small but only got 19 pounds of meat back that seems a Little low I don’t think there was 56 pounds of bone. Just beware of these guys they never ever called me to ask me to come pick up my meat I had Twice they finally said oh yeah, we found it.

I have had them process three animals, two pigs and one steer. They have done a wonderful job. Very happy, thank you guys.

I don't know why I always thought this was a car place based on the name. They actually sell really good meat there. It's like a small market where you can get fresh or packaged meats. Parking sucks and you have to drive around twice sometimes, but it's definitely worth a stop. Some stuff is pricey, but you can also get good deals if you look for their specials. Great place if you want good quality meat for a nice dinner or family bbq.

Great tri- tip!! You can add sides as well. Their fresh meats are also very good. Nice friendly staff.

After years of driving by Chase's Chop Shop. Finally decided to stop by and checked them out.I regret it took me so many years to decide to stop by. The tenderness of the steak was unique. Above any local purchased steak cut, or dined in at steak restaurants. I will back very soon for a family Tomahawk BBQ. Just hope quality and tenderness is the same and not just a lucky day for me. Customer service was also exceptional.

I buy my dog food at chases! They have a little bit of everything! Nice people! Just look for the Steer on top of the building!
