This is the worst CHASE ever! The drive thru ATM is always broken. They close at 5 during the week so there is only one outside and the other is locked inside!!! Line so long in the 103 degree heat. I hope the right person sees this complaint

Tried to open a credit card account with Chase. Worked with Giovanni Salinas, he told me that he gave me his number for his direct line. Every time I called I would get the Chase automated message. Took me 3 weeks to get a hold of someone on the phone, (I am too busy to go into Chase every time I need something). Then when I finally got a hold of Giovanni he told me I should have received emails from chase about opening a credit card account. I never received them. This was a huge headache for no reason. I opened a credit card account with someone else at a different bank and I am very happy with it. I will never use this Chase Bank.

Only 1 ATM works most of the time. Drive through ATM always has issues. Install another walk up ATM since Chase locks the door to access inside ATM. But they have no issues in charging fees & overdraft charges with no problem... guess time to change banks

Brent mccallough gave me the worst customer experience I've ever experienced in my life. I asked to speak to a manager and he came and started disrespecting me immediately. He told me I was recording his teller when I was record MY cash. I have the video and was willing to show the slow guy it. All I was trying to do was exchange my 20 I deposited that got ripped for another one. He told me I need a receipt. I told him I didn't get one (waste of paper, I know how much I have in my account and didn't think the atm was going to eat half my 20). He started telling me they don't have cameras when I was willing to give them my time I was there to show them. The level of disrespect in terms of things he was saying, tone of voice, and his laugh to make you feel dumb made me to do something I'd prob regret on this low life. This "VP" showed me that chase needs to get their people in check. I'm beyond annoyed. He is the private client specialist, I wouldn't give him a dollar to handle, (I only talk to PC specialist. I hope he gets fired and works at McDonald's to get out in check. I dare him to talk to me like that in public. I'm never cocky but it's still a good feeling knowing he will never be sitting in my seat. Loser

I was fraudulently charged at the arco ampm and chase bank would not refund the money taken because they said their investigation showed that because of circumstances they have no option but to say i their customer just have to eat the loss. They are the worst bank!!! Be careful of your money if you have this bank.

This Chase branch is the most ghetto bank I've been in in years. The "rope line" is straight in, designed to keep everyone in the center of the room. That way if anyone steps out of line it's a visible cue that something is amiss. Minimal decor, few adverts. Extremely not welcoming. They do not want to up sell anything or engage your curiosity to services that Chase offers. The security guard looked unkempt and poorly trained. Felt like a check cashing store in a bad neighborhood. The only redeeming quality were the cashiers. Very pleasant and efficient. I felt bad for them, they deserve better. I'm definitely questioning my continued association with Chase.

Now that Madera is down to one Chase bank, this bank is fast and quick to assist with your needs. One particular person, Alex has been working there for 19 years I believe.!!! Always greets with a smile that’s genuine.

Your drive thru atm is always broken Since this is the only Chase in a 15-20 mile radius I think it needs an upgrade

This service is so bad, I live an hour away from the nearest chase bank& talking to a customer service representative that barely talks English isn’t the best solution& makes this more difficult then they already are, these people have put me behind on payments due to their late service so horrible, I recommend this bank to your worst enemies if they wanna have a bad time just bring them to “Chase Banking”

Fat bald person (Brent?) sitting in his desk talking on the phone when I approached him. He asked me if he could help me in a tone like "Please don't bother me right now". I was asking about a credit on my Chase/Visa card that was posted and due to me. He got off the phone and asked personal questions about the refund, which is negotiated between the buyer and the business who issued the refund, NOT the bank [Chase]. Very rude. People with the temperament of a car salesman should not be dealing with the public.
