The good: The staff was friendly and my wait time was only a few minutes. The bad: My order said the part was in stock. It was not and I had to go to the store on Country Club a couple miles away. A little inconvenient.

Cashiers aren't helpful. Called me up to counter, then answered phone and left me standing there while others in line were being helped. Suggested I purchase parts I didn't need when I asked for the parts that came up for the check engine codes.

I ordered a part,waited a day and they told me they had checked it in but some how misplaced it and I was forced to wait 2 more days.all for there mistake,unacceptable.
