The good: The staff was friendly and my wait time was only a few minutes. The bad: My order said the part was in stock. It was not and I had to go to the store on Country Club a couple miles away. A little inconvenient.

Very bad service. The staff needs to have knowledge about cars, to be able to help you get the parts you need for your car and be able to solve your problem. You waste a lot of time because they don't know how to give you the part you need.
