I recently got into a fender bender and my insurance company recommended Silva's Auto Body for the repair. I'm sure glad they did! The process was smooth, quick, and painless. They were able to get my vehicle in immediately for repairs. They frequently updated me via phone/email on the process. They completed the repairs several days before estimated. Once I picked up my vehicle I was blown away with the fact that they had thoroughly cleaned it inside and out! They also matched the new and old paint perfectly making everything look better than new on a 2006 vehicle. Great work and customer service! Highly recommend.”

“I got a great deal on a 2015 Mercedes C300. A luxury car for a budget. I was bringing the car for repairs to Mercedes Fresno. They charged me 6k$ for repairs which was fine. But right after I had picked the car up at Mercedes of Fresno the turbo charger didn’t work. First they said they would repair that for no additional charge because probably their fault but then they wanted 7k$. I was very disgruntled and contacted Shawn Auto Sales they were able to just repair the actual broken part for 800$. They did a great job and sfed me from getting bankrupt.”

“Honest Jason is the perfect name for this guy. My car broke down on the way home from a road trip five hours away from home. By fate Jason was parked next to me. I asked if he knew of a local mechanic I could tow my car to and he did me one better by letting me know that he is a mechanic. An absolute miracle. He stopped what he was doing, drove to his shop, grabbed his gear, and got my car running again. It was 100+ degrees out in full sun, gas station parking lot, he had his kids with him, and he took time to save my family. He wouldn’t even take money from me, just told me to pay it forward because the world needs good people. Jason, I hope you see this. We made it all the way home! THANK YOU. “We bought a 2023 Corolla three weeks ago, discovered the power outlet (cigarette lighter) was not working to use a USB adapter. We went back where was purchased, the car has gold certified warranty. We were told $210.00 diagnostic machine. If determined user error to damage the outlet, we'd have to pay the fee. If system malfunction, we don't pay the $210. If it was user error, it wasn't us, we've only had it three weeks. It didn't matter. We didn't want to take the chance to be told user error. All this to say, we I took the car to Ruben's. I'd rather pay them instead of Toyota service dept. Within 30 minutes, it was determined the fuse was blown, replaced on the spot! We figured it was the fuse per what we searched online. But Toyota service dept wouldn't even discuss it Wanted to share and give credit to Ruben's Automotive. We have taken our vehicles there for a while and always receive excellent service and reasonable $$. I paid less than peanuts for replacing the fuse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”

“I came in due to some clicking sound on vehicle. I was told there was a diagnostic fee and that a technician will drive my car with me. It turns out that there is a large bolt that was on one of my tires. They quickly repaired my tire in like 15 mins and did tire rotation as well. I was about to pay and the manager said no charge. All of the staff were professional and courteous. Fast service as well.”
