I came in due to some clicking sound on vehicle. I was told there was a diagnostic fee and that a technician will drive my car with me. It turns out that there is a large bolt that was on one of my tires. They quickly repaired my tire in like 15 mins and did tire rotation as well. I was about to pay and the manager said no charge. All of the staff were professional and courteous. Fast service as well.

I’m happy with the service that American Tire Depot in Cleveland, Madera CA staff provided with my car even though i call them late at 1:30 pm Saturday they still accommodate me. The staff are nice and very accommodating.

It was a super hot day, I came in with a last minute request to patch my rear tire before they closed. The guys were all so helpful and willing. Got me in and out in 30 minutes.

Left home at 5pm to get groceries, and my car warned me about "low tire pressure". It wasn't flat, and I aired it up and spotted a nail. Called American Tire Depot, and Mgr. Juan promised to get it fixed ASAP. He did, was very polite, (as was the Tech), and I had a great experience with them!!!
