When you come home from work, don't stop by this store because you don't pay any attention to people when they look at them in work clothes, that's bad because if we don't buy they won't have a job, they only want to serve well-dressed people. Bad customer service.

I had a pair of jordan's reserved and when i got there the shoes that were held seemed as they had been handled some numerous times. One of the shoes was missing the packing paper that comes with every brand new pair of shoes inside each toe area. I determined the shoes were brand new but they were not completely 100 percent un touched. I did bring this concern to the customer service staff at this WSS and the response was that was the only and last pair of these particular Jordan's. I asked if i had any points earned from the numerous times i have purchased shoes recently from this shoe store company. Unfortunately I didn't have or get a discount for this purchase and i was told that I will get $10 off the next purchase. So I'm probably gonna buy another pair of tennis shoes from WSS just NOT from this location..

My experience shopping here especially at a very busy time it was good. The staff
Was very helpful and the line was very long but the staff made sure everyone was in and out. I also had a couple employees asking if I needed help that is a plus. The store was clean. Everything was pretty organized. They did a good job. Thank you.

This is the most Racist store I’ve ever been to, my son was thrown out of this store for no reason. Not to mention theirs not one single black person employed at this store. Nor are there any black customers. My son was shopping for shoes, literally looking for shoes and was asked to vacate the premises by the security guard named Jonah and when he asked why his response was I’m not at liberty to say ? what does that even mean so you throw someone out of the store but they can’t know why? so my son came home and told me what happened. So I took him back to that store. I approached the security guard letting him know that I’m his mother and wanted to know what was going on and his response was just like I told your son I’m not at liberty to say, so my son being the only black male as well as only black customer was single out. So the manager approached me giving me his supervisor number telling me that I could discuss the matter with him. Then said to us sorry for the misunderstanding we can buy anything we want. I said to her do you really think we still want to shop here after my son was humiliated and disrespected and singled out, she said well I understand giving me so much attitude and rudeness like oh well, We left the store I called the number no one answered I left messages no one called back. So my son called their corporate manager and he first apologized for everything that happened and offered us a 40 percent discount on any future purchase at any store very apologetic and concerned trying to be very helpful and I thanked him and told him I’m still seeking legal help because I want things to change at this store anyone should be able to shop at this store not just one race. I would have never thought my kids would go through this especially with a person that are so similar to them both being a minority. Like it or not we are very similar check your history Jonah I’m not a racist person my husband is Latino and black I’m going to publicly expose this store and any other store that I visit that performs this way. I’m trying to get the media involved as well. this has to stop we are neighbors ????
