I did go over the reviews and I was a little skeptical but you won’t know until you try right ? The receptionist Natalie was such a great help and the rest of the staff were super friendly. The lobby was nice and clean. My first time here and I felt comfortable. Thank you:)

Worst clinic ever!!! Please don’t go to this clinic. They don’t care about their patients they just care about charging the insurance!!! Stay away people! Lastly, always look at the reviews!!!There will be important papers coming there way!!!

Bad service my husband have hi presion they give the appointment in a month and the letter cancel the appointment two times cancel the appointment and the doctors have only 5 minutes with the patient

Only reason i give it a 2 is because at least i was help with one problem. So my dad had a swollen eye and his knee was in extreme pain and when he got there for his appointment they told him that only one thing could only be looked at and honestly makes no sense what so ever.

Worsted clinic ever I have a month trying to see a doctor for my ear lost, well it started like an ear ache and since they keep telling me I got appointments and I get the text asking me to confirm my appointments but when I get here they never have a record and they just reschedule my appointment it's been like this for three weeks

Where can you file a complain for a health care provider? My 7 month old has been having a fever for 2 days straight. I took him to the hospital and everything came back fine and negative. He had to follow up with his dr to see what was wrong. They refused service bc he has a fever?? That is so stupid. What are you a dr for then? I'm going to do what I can to file a report for the dr.

HORRIBLE. This is my first time visiting this center. The service at the Bellflower center isn't much better, but at this one, they locked the doors at 11:46 for lunch at 12noon. They refused to let me in even though I had an appointment for 12noon. I had to talk through the door to the person posting signs at 11:46am that they would be closed from 12-1pm for lunch. Eventually she told me to go upstairs. When I got up there, there was no reception area, so I just started walking through the hallway asking for help. Someone heard me and told me I should have gone through the other door....information I should have been given by the person who was posting signs and refused to help me. The supervisor, Chris, came out and apologized. I saw on Yelp that Wesley has a less than a three rating. The corporate office clearly doesn't care and is only interested in money. Patients are just a means to a financial end. Service this bad on the surface indicates greater corporate dysfunction higher up. WESLEY DOES NOT CARE.

Do not come to this clinic! Switch clinics. My daughter has bronchitis and this is her clinic, I took her and they don't take walk ins only by appointments. They gave her an appointment until September and we're at the beginning of June. Something is not right. What a waste of time. The only good thing is the covid-19 shot and covid test.

So this morning around 11:40am I was at Wesley COVID testing center in Lynwood. I waited about 10mins and then a Female possible a Medical Assistant asked if I wanted a COVID vaccination and I said no that I was their for a COVID test. She didn’t bother to acknowledge me so I let it be, I waited another 10mins to see if any one else was going to help me and then a young male came outside gathering some paperwork and again I wasn’t acknowledge so I approach to the young man and ask I wanted to be COVID tested and his response was “That will be at 1o’clock we’re going to lunch” he was very rude to begin with and it was 11:57pm. I’m a medical assistant myself and it was very unprofessional of him to first not even notice me and then to top it off be rude and had no customer service at all . Wesley is disappointing with their MAs they don’t know how to speak to their patients with respect. Come Wesley hire people that are fitted for the job that actually want to be their !

By far the worst Wesley health center I have been to. My daughter had an appointment there and once we got there the doctor didn't want to see her!!!

The people here r rude. They have no compassion for certain situations that r serious and won't let the parent in cuz the patient is 18. If u have this Dr I suggest u change it. Don't come here you'll just waste ur time. And they even had a different file for my daughter calling her by a different last name. I wouldn't even give it 1 star but had to...

I don't understand why they take so long if u have an appt. I was literally waiting for an hour to get my ultrasound done and on top of that they didn't take my weight, bp, NOTHING! They didn't even schedule me for a next appt or ultra sound. They are rude and their ultrasound machine is soooo old :(I am truly upset. I believe me and my baby deserve better care and attention. I don't recommend this place at all. They have 2.9 stars for a reason. I am looking forward to transferring because this is not okay. Me and my baby deserve better.
