Given the fact that this branch is understaffed, it's still a great place to bank. The staff here tries their hardest to help and keep the customer happy. There is only so much management can do when it comes to staffing. People that complain here, complain because they don't get their way. At the end of the day I see everyone trying to move the line. They have ATMs, so if you don't have time to stand in line use them. Stop being rude to the staff, and appreciate that they go to work everyday to serve you. Treat people how you want to be treated and how you would want people to treat your loved one.

The worst place to do business i have my business account here but i still coming cus sometime i need changes small bills and it's take me more then 35 minutes on line to do a 2 minutes transaction

It doesn't surprise me at all that this branch has this rating. I went in today to withdraw a partial amount from a CD account I've had for 3 years and it matures on the 31st of this month, which is 2 weeks away. My dog needed urgent surgery and I went in to this branch as he's getting his surgery done, on the verge of dying to get 2k out of the CD account that I have 20k in to be able to pay for the surgery. Vet bills are pretty expensive and I had already emptied my checking but just needed that extra 2k to be able to pay for it. And this branch denied me from getting it even though I have a checking account because I lost both my card and my ID last week when I lost my wallet. Yet they were able to let me withdraw money from my checking no questions asked. I had a copy of the dmv temporary license replacement on my phone but they said they needed a physical print out, while I'm there crying my eyes out because I have my pet dying, and they had no empathy whatsoever knowing I won't get my actual physical ID until 6 weeks from today. When I called the customer service number even they felt bad because they really tried to help but they couldn't do much since it is all up to the branch. I was on my lunch break trying to save my dog from dying, and they couldn't even be humane enough to try. They just told me no. I get to work a mess, and had to be sent home because I was a mess knowing my baby would die because I couldn't get my own money to pay for it. But I left work after they sent me home, and went to a different branch. And they were the most understanding, loving people I could have ever met today. They verified my checking account, went over the early withdraw fees, and under 5 minutes I was on my way to San Diego to pay for the surgery. And now he's home recuperating and alive. I will NEVER step a foot on this branch ever again and I will make sure everyone I know knows how horrible they were to me under my situation. This branch shouldn't even be open. How can they even be open and consider themselves someone that we can trust our money to? It's a joke. I have never felt so powerless and beaten down as they made me feel today. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Why do you only have 2 Tellers? Every time I come here there's always a long line. Get more tellers. 0ver an hour in line. Why aren't the Managers helping with the line?

Omg, there's like only one or two tellers working and besides there super slow. Other works are just walking around instead of helping getting the people out. Came here cause it was in my way but never again..

Closets WF to my house but I always end up regretting coming here to not drive a few extra minutes. Line is always long where you can spend up to an hour waiting and you're lucky if there's 2 tellers that whole hour.

After going through three different branches where no one was able to assist me due to no managers Being present. I finally came to the imperial branch where I was assisted by Ale the branch manager. She was very welcoming, very patient. She provided great customer service.

Terrible Customer Service, under staff, rude bankers and unknowledgeable Tellers. Lines are huge. Poor communication. They direct you to different people and no one knows what they are doing. Manager is Terrible does not take lead or direct staff. Poor problem solver. Will never return to this branch or recommend anyone waste time here.

I'm standing here outside for more than 45 min and is another line inside of the bank only two tellers workin for all the people really bad costumer service and is a Thursday I don't want to imagine how it's going to be on Fridays
