Worst experience in the pharmacy I scheduled a Covid test to get done I waited like about 10 minutes who ever preformed my test treated me with respect however never informed me I was getting the results in my email so I was waiting when Kasandra the cashier informed me I was getting my results on email I stood up as I couldn't hear her so she asked if I had a mask I said no than she threw one at me I understood but dam do you have to be that rude. As we were getting ready to leave she started spraying with Lysol understandable but she couldn't have waited once we were at least 40 ft away from her instead of spraying on me. Anyway the reason I am upset is she accused me of giving everyone Covid joke was her because my results came out negative. I understand at the end of the day it all falls on management because by her actions it looks like she is used to do in and getting away with I just hope she gets proper training so she can stop treating customers like animals. FYI to Kasandra you work on a pharmacy so you are exposed to viruses

Went to use the Western Union service and the employee refused to help me and repeatedly told me to use the app. He also said is too much work to do it there and he didn't feel like doing it.

Worse drive- thru worse ever takes me about 1 hour or more to get me kids medications. My question is why why why you can’t go faster!!!!!!!!! Lazy workers for sure and not responsible never have the medication and when they do don’t call you to let you know none,,, bad bad experience please improve your service

This is my local Walgreens. I’ve shopped here multiple times. Today I went in to get a vaporizer and some meds for this cold I got. From the moment I stepped in the middle isle there was this worker. Didn’t get his name. Seems like he is in his late 30s, long hair plus losing hair. He didn’t keep his eyes off me. I am sick don’t feel good. He made me feel so uncomfortable. Not once did he come to me to ask me if I needed help. There was this guy in the vaporizer isle Asian boy who offered to help but the other guy any isle I went he followed me. Made me feel discriminated against, very unwelcoming, chewing his gum loud and popping bubbles with it. Very unprofessional, very unwelcoming very uncomfortable. Felt unfair treatment, I was his target only followed me around. I’ve never ever experienced this at any store.

Came to get passport pictures taken, they’ve always done it. 6 times employees passed by and said “someone will be with you” eventually someone came and then they said “we don’t do passport pictures” horrible horrible service

This place is horrible when you get packages sent there they never have it this happenned to me, my husband and now my daughter. They dont even put any effort in looking for the package. Very bad customer service.

Best Walgreens is at the Greenleaf location. "All" the Pharmaceutical Staff is attentive, provide above and beyond attentiveness and precision. The "Store" staff are also "always" ready to assist you with a caring attitude. I'd give it 10 if I could.

One word. Ghetto. It was just full of thief’s, rats, roaches, employees with nasty attitude and more. Never coming back. 9 A.M. and the women were rude and the pharmacist was even worse. Too many homeless people around fixing cars and stealing cars. It was a really bad experience and will never come back to this one. Employees have a stick up their as. Security cussing at customers, it was just awful.

Came to get rapid tests to see if I can go back to work as they don't accept at home tests so I came here for rapid test. Had appointment at 1245. Weird testing. They give you the swog and advise you to put it on bag instead of liquid solution needed (just as at home tests and cvs drive thru does) annnnd it's 523pm annnnd still have not received anything from them .-. tried calling and even the operator doesn't have the results yet. Please don't advertise it's 2hours....

Was sick with covid for past week (using cvs drive thru lab results as my work does not accept at home tests) so I tried booking an appointment here for RAPID test. They advertised the results would be sent via email within 2 hours so I booked an appointment. Appointment was at 1245 via drive thru, followed directions and was hoping to hear back from them asap so I can go back to work. Welp it's 534pm and pharmacy close at 6pm :) please note there's not much ppl on a Sunday....yeah please don't advertise within 2 hours when it's not that time limit....thank you...

Had a unpleasant encounter with a rude employee by the name of Laura.I spoke to the supervisor who said they would look into the situation. Laura needs to be trained in proper customer service.

This place deserves zero stars. One it was a long drive over here and two had to go through the drive-thru and it took over an hour to get helped. It’s the worst. Several cars behind left but I had appointments to get tested. If you have other options take them this is not a place you want to come to
