This branch is always so disappointing to come to. Always one damn teller.. and when I've needed to pay a bill using wire transfer the only one able to do is the manager and shes never here. I prefer to go elsewhere other than this branch. Sadly it's the closest to me so when need be I come here which is in a blue moon. Paramount Downey and Signal Hill branches are far better and friendlier.. I always make that drive over cmng to the Lynwood branch.

Very disappointed with the service provided with this branch. It's not my usual branch where I go to but because I was in the neighborhood I decided to come here. Seems like no body can help you do a wire transfer that I immediately had to make. The manger or assistant manager weren't in and I was told by the only teller there to just go to another branch because they weren't able to help me. Thats very unfortunate that they have that kind of service.

I was upset with US Bank with the way my account was handled after fraud, however after posting my review I was contacted and the issue was resolved. So I 'm satisfied.

Only 1 teller with 7 people waiting in line. This bank can definitely improve by having more tellers and showing they actually care. Customer service isn't horrible but it's for-sure lacking caring and urgency. I hope they read this review because I will go back eventually to re-review it and see how everything is.

Very rude bank tellers, they call you to the window then ask you to give them a second while they sit there on their phones on social media! Closing my account and never coming here again. Super understaffed

Still very very upset with US Bank, this was my bank, a bank I thought would protect me and my credentials. But then a company wrote me a bad check, I deposit in my bank, I didn't withdraw a dime off this check, I waited for it to clear and it was no good. I thought no problem that is exactly why I have an account so my bank can catch people like this. But no, instead they closed my account down and said I was trying to commit fraud! Yet I am not a fraudulent person never have been....I don't have a record been working all my life, as a single parent and I'm a damn good mother. These people treated me like a crook and I really should have talked to a lawyer....for real. This was my bank, never had a problem until I received that bad check. So disappointing.

This bank is the worst, low amount of staff. They leave when they know they have a line out the door. It amazes me how they have no urgency to help you out. No good service. Just 2 tellers for a bank??? Need More staff!!!

I just opened an account there and Fabrisia Nieves helped me, she was very nice and easy to talk to, she made me feel really comfortable like if we've been friends for a long time , she also helped me set up my online banking so that's cool I recommend this bank to anyone and ask for her she's awesome !!! Thats funny I read the other reviews and they're bad but the people who wrote them dont even know how to spell or write a regular sentence, theyre putting words where they don't belong one person wrote waist instead of waste what the heck and they want to complain ok

They take forever here, they don't have any sense of urgency when more ppl come to do their transactions and on top of that they have long conversations with certain guests that are not necessary and that have nothing to do with depositing or withdrawing money .. I see some workers as I'm writing this talking about other things like who they're dating and what not and it's not professional yet I still have to come here cuz it's the closest is bank in my area

It is Friday 01/05/2018 and it is lunch time. I came in hoping to make my car payment? I walk in and there is 10 people waiting in line and there is only 2 tellers. I am going to spend most of my lunch waiting in line. This branch's needs to be more prepared for the afternoon rush.

They NEVER have enough bankers or tellers. I've come different days, different times, and it's usually one and one on each side, and a line. I've brought this up before at the branch, but nothing is done. Honestly considering taking my account elsewhere because of that. Maybe work on lunch schedules or adding people. Update: 20 mins to get to the teller for a quick deposit, being third in line only one teller, unacceptable, requested branch manager and area managers email which teller couldn't provide. Got the information and will be sending my email shortly.

Again horrible bank. Atm never works!!! Old machines. So if you want to deposit for another person only 500 cash and transfer from your acct but how????i vant deposit through the atm. Horrible bank!!!
