How in the world are these folks employed?
Do they not know the way they interact with customers is a reflection of the company??
I WOULD have given a few suggestions here but these folks are irredeemable and beyond repair.

Very good experience, very friendly staff. I went to print some documents and the very kind lady helped me how to do it from my cell phone. And use the service of the notary, who is very friendly and, above all, very accessible.

If I can give 0 stars I would! I had a disappointing experience; the supervisor didn't take accountability for a printing mistake, insisting on charging me for their error. Unlikely to return, as I believe businesses should own up to mistakes rather than blaming customers.

I had my step mother return a mattress for me at this location. The mattress was already opened from its sealed package. They told her she had to package it up with the original box or they charge $30. It was impossible to fit back in, but the kind and professional employees all helped her put it back inside, saving us money. They went above and beyond to help, and I am grateful. 10/10 UPS store location
