This place is a dump. There was at least 4 people working and they seem to be doing the bare minimum. Clothes on the floor near displays and racks. It honestly makes me want to continue ordering online.

You should have a separate area for pick up. I didn't order online to wait 30 mins in this outrageous line with only one cashier is idiotic. Management needs to do better.

The incident happened may 18th 2023 around 3:40pm. I made an online order and went to pick up. I go straight in to the line where one employee nicely greets me from behind the counter. After like 2 minutes standing in the line the boss comes from her office looking at me but says something to the employee about ringing up the customers. So, I think nothing of it. The boss then calls next Customer. As she finishes up with that customer she turns around to see what’s in my hand which was only my cell phone nothing else. Next thing I notice security is at the front entrance staring at me and made sure to keep the door wide open and it was closed at first. He kept staring at me while he kept walking in and out the store really fast like he’s waiting for me or something and talking to someone. I finally get to register and get my order. As I go out there door it’s two security guards looking at me not once did the first one go back in the store as I walked out. Then I put it all together the boss called security on me like I was going to rob them or something. And yes I’m a black woman and the store mainly was Hispanic people plus employee and boss are Hispanic too. So, clearly I was being racially profiled out.

Their hours haven't been updated but they close at 7 pm during the weekdays now. Parking is always hard to find however this is the closest location to me. I try to make it work but this location is always a let down. I would advise to come as soon as they open to hopefully find the store in better condition. I paid using an e gift card and the employee wasn't knowledgeable on how to redeem it unfortunately.

Can you guys please update your store hours? I wasted time and gas for nothing. The site says you close at 8, but the door had business hours til 7. I am very annoyed.

Such adorable clothes for girls. Their selection of clothes and shoes are pretty good for being a small store. Some of the other items they carry for kids are diaper bags, swim suits, books, bathing essentials, and hats. The service is very, very friendly and helpful. Happy they are located not too far from me.

I like this Children's Place! They usually have everything that I need. If they don't the cashier never hesitates to call another location to do a stock check for me. The line does move slow, but that's expected. Its few workers.

I guess customers do not matter at this location. I got there at 11am to pick up merchandise I had ordered online and what a dissapointment. 2 cashiers for about 20 people . They had more workers doing other things. The store was a mess. Clothes every where. The only positive thing was that I had ordered my stuff online and I was not there to shop .

Really messy store, boys Jean's are all over the shelf it makes it hard to find a specific size, shirts are just scrambled on the tables

The service at this store every time I come here is so slow it makes no sense. 4 employees one register open and at least a 5 min wait in line. Makes me not want to purchase here.

IF I HAD A CHOICE I WOULD LEAVE NO STARS ! I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING @ THIS LOCATION ‘ THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE , THE MANAGER ( JENNIFER ) NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR TRAINED HOW TO HELP GUEST ! HER ATTITUDE SMELLS & HAS A HORRIBLE STENCH ‘ I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE SHOPPING HERE ‘ WHO HIRED HER ?! THEY SHOULD BE EVALUATED! ( MONIQUE ) ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS ACTUALLY VERY HELPFUL TO ME ( SHE SHOULD BE MANAGER ) . I REALLY HOPE THEY SHUT THIS STORE DOWN I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH DISRESPECT ‘ ( JENNIFER ) KEPT CUTTING ME OFF WHEN I WAS TRYING TO SPEAK , SHE TREATED ME AS IF I WAS CRIMINAL ! I WAS VERY UPSET .

There is a reason they have low rating they are not helpful in the stores except for the 1 in victorville mall those ladies are nice went to return a unused gift card because of a racist post on fb and the parents did not want it anymore the ladies only needed the transaction #on receipt they called lynwood store the manager Jackie said she was too busy to look for it wasn't too busy to take my $100 dont waste your time go to carters better prices anyway and I called the corporate office b4 I went and they told me I could get a refund...ps still have the card
