DO NOT BUY HERE!!! or you are going to lose your money, I bought two cell phone screen protectors, and after a week it began to rise on one side, and the other on the bottom, I took them to that CHINESE man and he got angry, and he said that someone had taken them off and that I had to pay again or buy others, and I told him they were defective but he said no, and threw my cell phone on the counter, and told me to leave, I don't know if it's because of the heat That's why they got up, and it's no longer flat, very poor quality and very poor customer service, and the Chinese have a very bad attitude.

ZERO stars if I could. Had my rear facing camera glass changed on Wed 5/29 that sales guy was nice however, there were internal scratches on the glass that affected my camera focus. I went back to address the issue today on 5/31 and explained the situation to a blonde girl who than handed my phone to another guy. The guy immediately blamed me for being "too picky" and refused to even make a switch of the glass and said he would just remove the glass and return me the $20 so that I would go elsewhere and a person like me would never be happy with his work. WtF?! . His explanation of why he wouldnt fix it was "he loses product and the scratches were on my camera lenses". I said no it's not, you can tell it's on the glass. It made no sense as he would be losing product and returning my money for him to not attempt to fix it. I told him why couldn't he just try changing it as the problem is clearly on the glass not the camera and I was asking for the problem to be fixed since it was faulty to begin with and they have a 15 day warranty. He than proceed to take my phone to remove the glass and said he'd return my money. I told him to stop and return myphone, he refused. I had to go directly behind the counter to tell him to stop and repeatedly stated I was not authorizing him to do anything and to return my phone immediately. He refused and said I wasnt authorized to be behind the counter and he was calling security. I said go ahead, your not authorized to do anything to my phine. Return it now. Despite my repeated requests to NOT do anything to my phone, exclaimed he had no right to do anything unauthorized to my phone, he broke the rear facing camera glass nonetheless and handed me $20. This is poor and ridiculous customer service. I went to get my phone fixed, instead I was given a faulty product and when I asked for it to be fixed properly instead of trying to resolve the issue I was harassed and my phone broken AGAIN. Completely unacceptable. That employee should be fired because he was breaking the law by refusing to return my phone and on top of that BREAKS my phone again!! That's the worst customer service. He did this in front of various other customers and they were also telling him to stop and return my phone. The blonde did nothing and just called security. Horrible and infuriating experience. Do NOT EVER use this place for anything.

This is by far the worst place ever!!! The customer service sucks here! I came to see about fixing my cracked screen. They charged me 85$ for iphone 7 plus, waited 30 mins. Then i came and got my phone mind you that nothing was wrong with the software in the phone. It was just the glass and the technician chick said no water damage was found. Well, an hour later i turned on my phone screen to notice that the screen pixels where tripping out, like if they passed a magnet over the half of screen, came two days later to get it fixed but now the technician wanna say that she has ´´never seen '´ anything like that.... how can you not know. Then the chinese guy wanna speak spanish to me when im talking to him in english but talks to the chick(technician) in plain english... worse service ever!!! They messed up my phone.
