DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH SPECTRUM!!!!
Every single Employee at this store was RUDE & VERBALLY ABUSIVE.
I called Spectrum Itself & TYLER the Customer Service Agent LAUGHED AT ME!!!!!!!!
***** DO NOT BELIEVE that because Spectrum replied to my review that they care.
Spectrum DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING OTHER THAN $$$!!!!!
If they actually cared they would have decent employees & good customer service - ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE VERBALLY ABUSIVE!!!!! AND THEIR TECHS REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING TO SET UP SERVICE!!!!!!

I called tech support about my modem and I was told I can go to any spectrum store to exchange my not working modem with a new one, after waiting over 40 minutes finally they called my name , and the lady said she can’t give me a new one cause I live in different area , and the modem they have only work for Compton, Lynwood , Huntington park and couple more cities around her area , after I told her I was told to go to any store, she went to ask a gentleman may be supervisor or manager and he told her I need to go to different store around my area , I still called customer service again and they confirmed to go to any store and can pick up modem ,
Worst customer service and bad experience, not to mention how slow they are in that store.

Poor customer service! No greetings! no one to tell you sign in! Waited over an hour just to hear an employee say: if you're here to return or exchange electronics we currently ran out! These employee need better training, they need to count the quantity, and provide better services!! 6/22/24

Only go to pay my wifi bill with the self-help pay machine. It's easy in and out quick!

Make an appointment ahead of time. Better to schedule one instead of waiting. I’ve come to this location a lot. To drop off equipment, exchange equipment and make payments. The machine usually works if not they will gladly assist you. The employees are always nice. I’ve never had to wait long but maybe I’ve been lucky. With that being said my experiences have always been great at this location. Highly recommend this location.

Terrible service, you cancel your service and they continue to charge you for up to 3 more months, they change your plans and obviously it is always like that, I was convinced, I do not recommend it at all

Extremely long wait times with no warning ahead of time. Not everyone can wait around over an hour and a half just to exchange equipment. Understaffed, slow service, and the system they use for customers to sign in needs to be optimized.
Overall I will be avoiding this Spectrum store from now on.
