Even helped me check on a product online that we found to no longer be in distribution. This was my first time in and it won't be the last. Highly recommend for the the local folks and businesses that need auto body supplies.”

“Everything they say is true. We walked in totally clueless about auto paint and what we were doing. We just knew we needed to paint 100 scooters and the color we wanted to paint them. as luck would have it, Lilliana was the one to help us, and she was beyond incredible. She helped us find the exact color, explained the different paints, different finishes, clear coats, spray guns... she even found us a person to come teach us how to spray the parts correctly. I mean, come on! This is like fifty star service and then some! If you're even thinking about painting something, just come here. The prices are beyond reasonable, they treat you like family and you really won't be sorry. Plus... they have the BEST car washing stuff. I mean, diamonds in the sky finishing polish... if you want your car looking better than the Ferrari on the showroom floor, come buy a bottle of whatever Lilliana tells you to buy. This place is like heaven.”

But today I was in a pinch and headed over without checking for any discount. Daniel, at the counter, rang up my gallon and said, "Hang on," and looked up an online discount that saved me about $20. Above are some of the words I would use to describe Carlos & Yvette (and Team), the owners of Renew Painting. In a short period of time (the past month), I've utilized their service two separate times already. I have a rental property in Torrance but live almost 400 miles away. My decade-long tenants moved out, so I knew we had a lot to fix up. Painting the interior of the townhouse was one. I received a total of 3 quotes -- 2 were through a family friend who's a realtor and 1 through my own research -- Renew Painting. From the very beginning (estimate phase), Carlos and Yvette were wonderful to work with. We conducted everything through FaceTime, emails, texts, & phone calls. At no point did I feel uncomfortable being far away. I was even able to get Carlos to help me with multiple non-painting jobs around the house. His knowledge and skills are second to none. I did end up visiting the property the last day of the project and met their entire family! What nice people! Just this week, I asked Carlos and Yvette (Yvette's role is akin to a COO, making the operation run like a well-oiled machine) to help me with a small job at my property. Additionally, the customer service has increased for the better in the past year or so. I have remodeled a few houses and always have ton of questions due to strange paint jobs from previous owners. Their new sales guy Jorge is very patient and considerate with all my questions. I recommend this store highly.”
