Only two tellers then turns into one! You can tell by looking at the employees that there's no urgency in helping customers rather "oh they can wait as long as they want" with no consideration of people's time . Along of employees walking around but yet only one teller helping customers. There's like 20 people in line this is outrageous!!!

0.....0 this location and most Branch of banks of America suck! Wonder why are they still in business with that type of mentality of 0 regards for the costumers that have you in business to begin with! Always pack, under staff, phone wont get picked up all day literally.

More than two years and they still have terrible service. Only one window open and dozens of people in line waiting, including others sitting down, the service is disgustingmas de dos años y aun siguen teniendo pesimo servicio .solo una ventanilla abierta y decenas de personas en linea esperando incluso otras sentadas es un asco de servicio

Hours change without notice. You need an appointment to discuss almost ANYTHING ....BUT no one EVER answers phone at any time when they are supposed to be open... so u have to go in just to get an appointment and come back for the appointment. Been a customer for 45 YEARS... but this is the end of the road for me! Transferring my funds.... Closing my accounts! Billiejeanqueen

Simply a great banking center. Staff are very caring and helpful. People who come in here complaining probably never worked customer service in their lives. People should stop complaining and appreciate their hard work. I've been a customer here for many years and even though it's super busy I know they are trying their best to help everyone.

I have frequen this location for many years. It by far thee most horrible customer service I ever experienced. The lines are out the door. And over 13 windows are closed. The staff who works here is extremely rude. no greeting. No talking to guests in lines. It's absolutely horrible. Half the time they just ignore you, if you are a person of color. I have experienced so much passive racism it's ridiculou. this is the closet bank to me or else I would go to another branch. They need to be retrained on how to treat people and on what true hospitality it. Very bad experience. a truly horrible place. Do better.
