Got a call from Mike's Auto Rep. He meant to call somebody else, but he mistakenly called me and when I asked where he was calling from he introduced himself and realized that he called wrong number so without any apology, he hung up on me.

I'm normally not the one to post any reviews neither good or bad . But this man and his shop I don't know why are they still up in business . This man comes off extremely nice and tells you everything you want to hear and over pricing and doesn't get the job done well . I had a big situation where he so call fixed my transmission and didn't do it correctly so the time I tried to go back and fix the transmission he said he couldn't fix it . I had to pay out of my pocket to get it rechecked and also pay for my car to get towed from place to place all because he doesn't want to fix it even tho I had warranty under him to top it off it wasn't even a full year until my car got messed up again . So please don't go to this man save you a head ache . Oh and also right away he didn't want to give me receipts and also said to take him to small claims . I was never once rude to this man I had even recommended people to him of how nice he was. But don't fall for it his work isn't good and he's a liar keeps making up excuses and also made me pay for more things that he said was wrong with my car and it wasn't even it . Take your car elsewhere !

[EDIT] Needed my alternator belt replaced and motor/transmission mounts installed. Mike said he'd have it done by the end of the day and he did. Well after all that was sorted out it turns out the guys at Mike's Transmissions had drilled a hole into a water pump hose and drained some of the Motor Oil (which there was no reason to do so, only needed the belts/mounts installed) Found out about this a couple days later and now I need a whole new Water Pump installed. My dad's regular mechanic had it checked out. I'll get his shop name next time and put it here as his service has great prices and they DONT screw you over.

I do not recommend taking your car if you need to fix your transmission. They leave things bad and after the year of warranty it is ruined and they don't work well and I am a witness why they left me bad. I don't recommend my truck, that workshop is a garbage workshop.
