Service is awful here Management & staff are RUDE & give false information over the phone. I have been here 3xs to get a IPhone which Angel & Ivan management once again came with new information that was not given over phone nor on last visit to the store, this store is miles away from my home 25 minutes drive !!! It’s been a week I’ve been dealing with these employees. Now I am refused to get back in my place in line because I needed money on a card (which no one told me ) frustrated!! Now mor $ which they could have told me 26.15 before I went to BANK SMH THIS IS SAD

My Daughter and I came in today to transfer our service for another company and we were helped by Fransisco ?? He gave us different options and over all made our transfers of service a pice of cake.His customers service was friendly, informative, and he was just absolutely Awesome. Thank you Francisco

Most of the people who work at this Metro are so rude! I have read how people complain a lot about how bad the customer service in this store is, but I am wondering if the boss of this metro has done something about it, or if he has ignore all the bad comments. I went there a few days ago, and a woman named Stephanie came over to "help me", but instead of helping me, she just started to talk all rude to me, I asked her why she was being so rude, and she just laughed in my face, then she went to the back, to do who knows what and made me wait for her for almost 25 minutes. I don't understand how people like her are working as customer service "assistant managers", because if she treated me "a customer" like that, I can't even imagine how bad she might treat her coworkers. This person needs that someone teaches her the right way of how to treat customers

Walk in to purchase an iPhone from this store, but the guy his name is Mark apparently he is the supervisor. Horrible customer service it seem he was earing scorpions. F! This metro I'll go to Verizon where they treat customers better. Horrible customer service here. To the owner of this metro. Mark needs some training on how to treat customer service. I will definitely not go to this store!!

Jason, the rep that helped me was absolutely fantastic. For some reason my phone just completely stopped working and he had zero idea why, as everything showed as okay in my account, he did however direct to the right person to speak with over the phone, and they found out that another employee of Metro (a supervisor from the rebate dept whom I got into a huge argument with over the phone) actually ended up blacklisting my phone out of spite, and luckily enough the technician I spoke with via the phone that Jason directed me to speak with, was able to not only fix the phone and take it off of the blacklisted list, but he was also able to actually see the supervisor's Employee ID number who pulled this whole little stunt, and he assured me that she would be properly and respectfully dealt with. Although I had the absolute worst experience with her, I eventually did find Metro employees who were willing and able to fix my original issue, as well as the whole blacklist issue also....so thank you to Jason and the technician....whatever your name was I wish I could remember....you two saved the day, and saved me my job too....????????????

It's better to go to the cooperate store than a regular metro by t-mobile store cause you get more help on any questions about your phone plan that's why I chose to go to the cooperate store un Lynnwood

I tried to port in number form another carrier they couldn't transfer it I had no choice but to ask for a refund and was only refunded part of my money.

I went there to port in phone it took two hours and couldn't transfer the number from another carrier even tho I already paid for the phone and when asked for refund they charged me activation fee for a phone that was never activated I would not recommend this place.
