0 stars for customer service; 2 for being able to take care of my mother’s dog in the past.My mom is elderly and can’t drive/ take care of her dog’s grooming appts so I try to help out as much as I can. She only lives 11 minutes from the groomers. The mother, Lina, has helped me before but this time around her daughter, Gloria, answered my call at 10AM - asked what I needed- then left my text message on read at 11:29 AM. I thought I’d give her a chance, as she must be busy with other clientele, and I trusted that she would respond with open times since I mentioned my brother could step in to help drop off the dog at the groomer’s availability. No response still. I’d give 0 stars but I’m trying to be fair since they’ve helped before. I think it’s important to let doggo families know, especially since we built the business relationship before. Now, I never want to do business here again. Thanks for caring!

I have a 6 pound maltipoo and he acts like he’s a 65 pound dog when getting a bath. Staff is very patient, caring and great prices.

SHADY BUSINESS AND DOG MUDERER! DONT BRING YOU BABIES HERE! This place is horrible they did something to my baby , he cried and barked the whole way home after I picked him up. I told them I wanted his haircut cut medium and a teddy bear cut in his face. After 4 and a half hours of waiting I picked him up I didn’t even recognize my boy . They had completely shaved him low and cut all the hair on his face. (The place was so dark no overhead lighting only one lamp) After getting home he refused to eat and laid down , early morning he started crying and barking and … by the next day my dog was DEAD! This place should not be in business !

We called and got a last minute cancellation. They groomed my labordoddle puppy beautifully. Glad to have found a good groomer

On 10/09/2021 I drop off my 2 yorkie around 8:30am I told her only shower and shave her butt, around 2:30pm I call to check up when the owner told me that she was about to "call me" to let me know that one of her worker had cut one of my Yorker but it was a small cut, when I got there it was big and deep cut I told her she going to need Stitches so she told me yes that she would take me with her vet, we got to the vet and he told me that she need stitches because the cut was deep and it could get infected he said I would charger u $160 the lady didn't wanted to paid for the vet that it wasn't her responsibility that she was going to make sure her worker paid because her store was slow and it wasn't her fault, 30 mins later the lady text me that she was going to Zelle me only 131 because I didn't paid for her what ever I didn't argue with her because I was more focus on my dog then arguing with her, PLEASE ME CARE DONT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF ANYTHING HAPPENED SHE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE the sad part that she didn't call me right away when everything happened she waiting into I call her to see why she was taking long with my dogs

I was here at 9Am they put muzzle on one of the dogs because she was nervous which is fine but I come in at 4:20pm because it was taking long for them to call me and the dogs are still tied to wall the smallest with muzzle on for 7 hours which means no water or bathroom break I get here and the only answer was oh is because the guy that baths them is not here and she was about to not let me grab my dogs

Worse place ever!!! I recently went to take my dog for a groom the first picture is a before picture of my dog the second picture is what I asked for & the third pic is what they did. Like seriously?? This is what you guys call professionalism? On the other side, my dog seem to be scared after his grooming, which got me concern because he is a really happy dog, idk what these people did but I wouldn’t doubt they mistreated him. I also noticed he couldn’t open both of his eyes hours later after the grooming. At first I thought it was normal but now it seems to look like a cut, this is his third day already & I had to take him to the veterinarian & get him antibiotics. I deserve a refund!!!! You guys have no remorse for pets. This place is super unprofessional. Never going back!!
