By far, the BEST company for anything flooring! I felt so comfortable right away with this female owned/run business. Go ladies!! I was able to see and use multiple samples to determine what worked best in my space. From the first consultation to the very last transaction, the whole process was so easy and efficient! Jimenez really makes sure you’re a satisfied customer as they only send the best to do the job! I’m beyond thankful for finding them, which I know was meant to happen. Thank you again for my beautiful floors!

Moved into a new place and wanted to change out the carpet in the living room and add some carpet to the bedrooms. Found this great place that not only was super responsive both remotely and in person but offered great service, great prices, and great scheduling options. Very happy with our new carpeting and we highly recommend Jimenez Carpet and Flooring. If you want to add some life to your home with some new flooring, look no further.

I contacted Jimenez Carpet & Flooring via their website for an estimate on carpet for my 3 bedrooms and vinyl flooring in my living room. I received a call from Christina within an hour to schedule an appointment.Velia came and met with me the same week. She gave me pricing, and I went with vinyl flooring for my living room and 3 bedrooms after receiving the estimate. To my surprise, it was very affordable.We scheduled installation for the following week. Her workers are knowledgeable and extremely quick! They finished the job in 2 days. Velia took the time to stop by to make sure we were satisfied. Overall, their customer service was prompt and friendly, services were done quickly and exceptionally well, and the results were beyond my expectations!

Jimenez is a family ran business. My family has been doing business with their dad for over 30 years. Now I had an opportunity to do business in November with his daughters and they treated me just like family. Nothing but great things to say about this company. My wife and I were looking to renovate 2 bedrooms in our home and wanted to redo the carpet. Wanted something nice that wasn't too expensive. I reached out to Jimenez carpet and was greeted by Velia. Excellent customer service! She understood exactly what we were looking for, was very polite, gave us plenty of options for our budget and offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. Krystina was also very helpful throughout the entire process and even came out to our home prior to verify measurements. The installer was a workhorse. Completed both rooms by himself and did excellent work. All in all I was very impressed with this company and definitely will be doing further business with them. 5 Stars across the board Highly recommend!

Where to start?? This company has been the best of the best, I have so much happening right now and really needed to change my carpet. I truly recommend Jimenez Carpet and Flooring. Velia is extremely professional and friendly. She took her time showing us the carpets, and even though we got there 10 mins before closing, she allowed us to take our time.

This company is my go-to for all my flooring needs!!! So far they have done two bedrooms and a den and it has been an exceptional job on each one! Isidro JUST finished our small room by himself and it only took the morning! Velia works magic in getting jobs done when you need them! They never disappoint!! Before and after pics!

The Jimenez Carpet & Flooring I don’t know where to start but I just want to say that my family has been doing business with them for years and every time there’s great service, great work and most importantly they’re attitudes is 100% they would not sell to you unless you are really satisfied for what you are buying, it’s more about the customer being happy then money so that’s a big thumbs up. I love doing business with Jimenez carpet & flooring and I highly recommend them as well.
