Very helpful..didn't try to sell me stuff that I didn't need...went for a brake job other places told me I needed all 4 of them....Express mechanic was honest and told me I only needed the front ones..... thanks again for a great experience

Got my brake replaced here and they busted down the same month
Went back to figure things out
Instead they tell me I have a heavy foot
More like you don’t know what your doing if you have to be on YouTube and working
Haven’t gone back just went somewhere else
Even after I waited so long for brake to arrive it took 2-3 dudes to get this done
To be honest a lot of shop are like this

Thank you very much Express Tire & Wheel. I brought my Toyota Avalon for alignment. Your team ensure the alignment was done right. I had to come back to re-align it, you guys took good care of it. Great job. The steering wheel is perfectly straight now. I drive now with upmost confidence.

I came here for new brakes they started making noise they had a great price so I came. The new set of brakes where ten time worse then the ones replace the noise was so loud I came back they replaced them on the second day again the noise was loud came back for the third time a few weeks this time and the noise started it wasn’t so loud but every day since then it’s been noisy now 3 months and the noise is so annoying have to get them fixed again but never coming back here they said brakes would last two years but nope 3 months I’m thinking that I’m a female so they take advantage and kept putting in used brakes because how is it that so instant noise noise noise on my new brakes nope don’t come here don’t recommend you’ll have to come back so many times and still leave needing what you came in here to fix!

They need to be more upfront on their prices. $55 on phone $75 out door alignment. Why not just say $75?
To your response below: That wasn’t our conversation at all. Like I said just be upfront. Any alignment should be 4 wheels for best results. Alignment is fine though.

I have a business van. I need good tires. They offered the Alenza 001 by Bridgestone. It was $100 more than the budget one. I decided to go for it. BEST TIRES EVER. Totally worth it. I got another nail so I decided to go get another one. MY CAR HAS NEVER FELT SO SMOOTH. my Toyota feels like a luxury car.
With the first tire I felt like a 20% improvement. Now with 2 are the front I feel like a 50% reduction in noise and vibration. A lot of businesses don't offer premium brands but I'm happy this establishment does.
