Cashier was completely disrespectful. I only wanted $5 in gas and he had the audacity to talk shit about my finances and my vehicle. I asked for my money back so I could leave and he follows me outside saying I can't have it because it's paid for gas and I need to leave. Starts threatening to call the police and then locks the door. Will never come to this station again.

I just went and the lady with tattoos is rude as can be. She has no people skills, talks to people in a very bossy tone. I'm a customer bish. Talk to me right. Aint going there anymore. Fgk this gas station

The girl with the hand tattoo is gross. She's sitting there at the counter eating something spicy and licking her fingers and had the nerve to cop an attitude and toss my items when I asked her to grab another one, one she hasn't touched with the fingers she just pulled out of her mouth.

If I can give 0 stars I would. This gas station has workers that are very unhappy.Regardless of how their day is going they need To be professional and be able to give the proper customer service. The lady cashier especially.

Driving around trying to find a restroom to use (I'm a plumber) amid this CoVid-19 thing. Lady inside says it's out of order. I offer to fix it in exchange for using it (I'm a plumber). She admits it works fine but her manager won't let anybody use it. I go outside and ask the manager and even offer to clean and disinfect the restroom afterward. Nope, not going to help me out. I ended up going to the G&M station right down the street. Bathroom is clean and available. Store is well stocked. Cashier is friendly and welcoming. The gas is cheaper too. I suggest we take our business to those who actually want to serve their customers. I know that I will.

Don't support this station. The guy working at night was rude. They locked the door so you had to do business through the window, but the speaker wasn't working so I couldn't hear him. Then he yelled at me like it was my fault that his speaker is broken. Then he wouldn't turn on the air for me, even after I made a purchase. I will not only never come back here, but I felt it is important to encourage others to avoid this place.

I stopped at this Chevron for gas today because I thought my Von's reward card might give me a better discount than the price at ARCO. I typed in my gas reward card number and was told I would get 10 cents off per gallon (price was 3.19 a gallon)- wow, thanks Vons I tried to use their debit machine at the pump, and it made me go inside. Stood in line, and found out this was one of those stations that makes you tell them how much you want to buy. So I told them $50, and put in my Von's number (you can't see how much you will get as a discount if you pay inside. Anyway, the guy must have done something wrong because I got NO discount, and ended up paying 3.19 a gallon. Drove down the road past ARCO, and I would have paid 2.99 a gallon there. I usually wouldn't take the time to b**** about less than $5, but I just felt like people need to know they are going to get ripped off here. Either I didn't get my discount, or I did but they charged me as if I didn't and kept the difference. Learned my lesson, ARCO from now on!
