Horrible. I purchased an iPhone for my mother as a gift told her to go to cricket to activate it. She went to this location and they told her it was locked. When I clearly purchased an unlocked phone. They told her they couldn’t do anything to help her.I spoke to the girl on the phone and she said Apple doesn’t sell unlocked phones. I said okay I purchased an unlocked phone.All I did was go on cricket chat support and was able to connect it for her.They need additional trainingPeople that don’t even try to help a customer because they didn’t purchase the phone there should not be working there. My mother had to drive all the way to my house 1 hour away just so I can chat the cricket service.Thanks for nothing.

Took my daughter to upgrade her phone Friday 12/08 and was helped by Janeth.Janeth acknowledged us from the moment we walked in the door. I had called prior to driving to the store to confirm there inventory and when we arrived she already knew what we were there for.Janeth made the process so smooth and took the time to explain the phone features to my daughter and walked her through how to transfer the info from her old phone to the new one. She was very patient and took her time with us. I will definitely be coming back to this store in the future!Thank you Janeth!
