“I just opened an account there and Fabrisia Nieves helped me, she was very nice and easy to talk to, she made me feel really comfortable like if we've been friends for a long time , she also helped me set up my online banking so that's cool I recommend this bank to anyone and ask for her she's awesome !!! Thats funny I read the other reviews and they're bad but the people who wrote them dont even know how to spell or write a regular sentence, theyre putting words where they don't belong one person wrote waist instead of waste what the heck and they want to complain ok”
“Is this branch still open? I'm seeing a different business on google view and need to find a branch to process a cashier's check tomorrow and want to make sure you are open before I drive the 5 hours (it might only be 35 minutes but with traffic these days you never know!).”

There is only so much management can do when it comes to staffing. People that complain here, complain because they don't get their way. At the end of the day I see everyone trying to move the line. They have ATMs, so if you don't have time to stand in line use them. Stop being rude to the staff, and appreciate that they go to work everyday to serve you. Treat people how you want to be treated and how you would want people to treat your loved one.”
