ATMs not working and not good customer service

I went at 10:30 pm and all 4 atms had a problem with them and the doors are unlocked not that i care but it feels better tbh

Elizabeth has very bad customer service!!!!! She is never smiling always serious, doesn't greet at all. This is the second occasion were she complains about how the money is brought to her... she works in the bank that is her job! And she complains to her co worker right in front of me! Worst customer service ever!!!!!

They don’t value customers time. They expect you to make appointments for trivial tasks and when you show up at the appointment time, they just keep you waiting endlessly without an update or apology. Stay away from this branch!

I repeat DO NOT go here. This bank is no help. My father was trying to close his IRA account and of course they will do whatever in their power not to have you close it. Almost a month it took them to help. No follow ups. We had to call the 800 number ourselves. Their so called financial advisors don't even call back so don't bother leaving a voicemail or texting. And if those financial advisors are on vacation they will refer you to another rep whom don't answer. I would put names but i wont. You go to the bank to see if someone can help you cause now both financial advisors are out/vacation and nope no one can help cause they are not specialized in that department. Like really? Not even a manager can check their system ? The worst experience. My father should've just stayed with bank of america or opened up an account with Wells fargo. A bank that cares about their customers not just the money they invested with them. I don't write reviews but this time i had too from being upset due to no help. So I suggest you find another Chase location other than this one cause you will not get no help here.

Please don’t make an appointment here. Came in for my appointment and the person I was supposed to meet was busy with someone else. I get it sometimes you need another extra minutes, but not a whole hour. I was told they’ll be free in 15 minutes and other staff saw me and didn’t help. I didn’t wait around longer than an hour of no help so I might have had to wait more for any help.Why ask people to make an appointment and not be available. No point of making an appointment here, just wasted my time. Never coming to this bank and will avoid it.

Why make ppl make appointments if you’re going to make them wait more than 10 min or longer? Employees are lazy! Customer service needs to improve

Not the best experience at all. There were 14 people in the lobby waiting to be helped and only 2 tellers. You would think that during the lunch hour or what seems to be a busy time, this branch would man the other two vacant spots to help their customers.I cannot understand why if this is a location off a busy intersection, they wouldn’t plan accordingly.Plans to be in line for at a minimum of 20 minutes.Sorry folks no speedy service here.

Lazy staff. Poor management! This is the only branch with issues in the area. I heard many customers complain about this location while I was waiting in line to get in the bank.
