Was waiting in line for about 25 minutes only to be told the couldn't take my coins due to space ,I never heard of a bank not able to exchange my coins due to storage, very disappointing

This branch never answers their phones. Took a deposit check and said it was fraudulent for no reason without verifying.

Do not trust the Lynwood Chase location certain employee will steal your info and commit fraud on your accounts.Been having issues ever since I’ve made deposit their to business accounts
