One of the worsts bank to come to in so cal. Very poor skilled and train employees. No managers ever present . Itzel apparently “manager” doesn’t know what’s she doing or staff under her. She needs to be fired and removed immediately.

Was waiting in line for about 25 minutes only to be told the couldn't take my coins due to space ,I never heard of a bank not able to exchange my coins due to storage, very disappointing

This branch never answers their phones. Took a deposit check and said it was fraudulent for no reason without verifying.
