No appointment needed, first come first served. Be there early and have some patience. If your acta de navimiento is on their system it will only take 5 minutes. $19 per original (copy)

I went to get my birth certificate and they printed a certified copy of it fast, I like this office it was a quick in and out errand! It cost $19 dlls so I do recommend them ?

Why put a phone number for the public, if no one answers it and you can't leave a message because the memory is full and so months go by without being able to ask a question.

The lady they have serving is very rude. They should have people who know how to deal with the public. One day they are going to run into someone who is not going to let go. Have a little education. And if you are having a bad day, it is better not to go to work.
