As soon as I walked in a very pungent smell of cannabis; almost as if they were smoking in store! Very unprofessional on behalf of the Boost employees. Furthermore I tried to disregard the smell but was followed by poor service. I asked if any other boost mobile store nearby had the phone I wanted in stock but they refused to help me. He said very blunt and rude that their “individual “ boost mobile store. Made zero effort & had zero care for myself “the customer”. Very disappointed with the outcome; waste of time.
If I could I would rate zero stars.

Went in for any offers and deals on phone and the cashier was somewhat rude did not explain to the fullest making a caca face she got me a price of $400 dollars just to switch and activate phones won't definitely go back!

Don't trust them to repair your devices. First off the customer service or lack of is the worst. Secondly if they stop smoking weed maybe they could be helpful. Beware don't use this place.

Muy mal servicio hoy lleve el cell de mi hijo para que me lo arreglaran primero medio un precio Alex de $45 dólares está bien. Cuando lo miro que era la cámara me subió el precio a $60 ok lo ocupo solo lo iva a pagar.. desde las 11:30 am me dijo que regresara en 2hrs pues volví a las 1:30 suficiente para que se pudiera aser el trabajo pues no se lo volví a dejar y el otro mucha que le disen el guero me dijo si va a estar listo prometió que si lo arreglarían yego por el 5:30pm y me dise que no pudo aser le nada. Muy mal servicio de parte de estos muchas que aparte de no aser nada no tiene buen servicio al cliente

I use to have boost mobile but I wasn't fond of the customer service at the Long beach location at the time. The associate back then always seemed so miserable when I'd ask for assistance so I changed providers but I recently went again and the service was slightly better, the person there was a bit more helpful and help us get the best phone for a new line. This is the place to go to if you want cheap and reliable service.

Hate this place they are never open they never answer the phones and the customer service there really sucks !!! My grandma has been living over here for 40 years never had a problem with none of the stores. Get rid of all the workers here and hire new ones that actually greets, has customer service skills, and doesn’t have a problem doing it! I don’t recommend this place ! Go to the one on plaza Mexico
