One star. if I could I would put NONE.Came to this shop needing tires , 2 young kids not knowing what they were doing. Watching them the whole time looking like they didn't know how to use the machines .Ended up scratching one of my wheels trying to say it was already there when it wasn't. Owner of the tire shop was walking back and forth not even paying attention to what the kids were doing when they were struggling. Also tried saying the machine wouldn't do that to my rim .Do not recommend this place at all. Especially if your in need of tires.

Really bad fucken service came with my tire that had a nail. The workers came out all disrespectful asking me what I needed after seeing my tire was flat. They were refusing service because they didn't have the Appropriate tools an excuse just to not help me. How can u have a shop with no tools. Not only that the customer service was negative zero. Having my daughter next to me they were yelling that they can't help me because it was 30min before closing.please everyone don't come here not only they didn't want to help they also did a bad job my tire a week later when flat again. They didn't even did they're job right could had an accident on the freeway. Will never come back or recommend someone here.please stay away

You gotta become a regular here. I've been going here for two years now and these guys never fail me. They are always nice and bring you to the back to check out what is wrong with the vehicle. They drove me to my home so I didn't have to walk in the heat or take an Uber since I lived nearby. Best part of all is for an expensive but completely fair priced repair, they washed my car and fixed my AC that's been messed up for 2 years free of charge. They definitely go out of their way to take care of loyal customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very grateful.

(Translated by Google) The best place to fix the cars

My son had his car towed here last Thursday because AAA said this was an approved auto shop. His car had overheated and he wanted David to diagnosis the problem so we could get it repaired. David said the car needed a water pump, a thermostat, and the timing belt. He gave an estimate of $755. My son hesitated, but then agreed to the all 3 repairs based on David's diagnosis. The car was picked up the following day and the repairs were paid for in full. My son drove 2 miles to his home, then did not drive it again until the following day. After driving for 30 minutes his car overheated on the freeway and he had to be towed home. He called David and was told to bring the car in on Monday since they were already closed for the day. I went with my son on Monday morning and David assured us that he would make it right if his work was faulty. He called a few hours later and said that the water pump, thermostat and timing belt weren't the issue- it was blown engine heads and said he could fix this for $1400!!! My son is a student, works full-time and this man misdiagnosed the issue, charged my son $755 for work that didn't need to be done, then had the nerve to say he could fix the actual problem for almost twice the money we already paid! I refused to pay this man for any more repairs- he made a mistake and expected us to pay for it. My son's engine was recently rebuilt. The heads were less than a year old. David even admitted that the engine compression test was fine on Thursday when we took it in- meaning the heads were fine BEFORE HIS REPAIRS. How can a 30 minute drive with a "new" water pump, thermostat, and timing belt cause engine heads to suddenly blow up? I asked for a refund and he refused. I told him I was having AAA pick up the car because I don't want him touching it at all. He said fine, then told the tow truck driver that he could not release the car because we owed him money!!! When I called him to confront him about it he said that he never said that, that he only wanted my son to sign a release form. I told him I would call the cops, his release form was not a release form- it was a feeble attempt to get us to sign a document relieving him of wrongdoing! So I told him to give my son his car keys before I called the cops and miraculously the car was released. I can't say enough bad things about this experience, we paid over $860 dollars in total to have his car be RUINED. DONT TRUST THIS MAN!!
