I tried to make a payment in this store, the cashier does not want to receive it since my loan is in COLLECTIONS. I have already made two consecutive payments and the cashier named DEBY doesn't want to do it. According to her, they changed the policies this month and all I want is to pay my debt. Very bad service because apparently it is the same company. ACE CASH EXPRESSES great care with the staff since they do not receive proper training for all their collaborators. Thank you!
