Amazing work! Monica was able to help me with a last minute order for a conference and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I had everything I needed. Superb customer service A+++ and the quality of the embroidered work was beyond amazing too! My team didn't expect for the quality to be awesome but they were wrong! I am so happy to have found this place. I was looking for an Elmo shirt for my nephew's birthday and 3M Embroidery totally came through. It's EXACTLY what I ordered. They walked me through the process and styles and at the end, it came out just right. Great quality work!! I will definitely use them again!!

I called and Monica was very willing to help me out with embroidering 2 sweaters and 1 tank top the same day! I had the embroidery file, sent it to her and picked up in a couple hours :) very good experience and will be coming back if I need something embroidered!!

I had a last minute request for a birthday gift. At first I was a little scared because I thought it was super short notice from my part *literally next day*, but Monica was super accommodating and helpful! Her customer service was excellent. I also appreciated her giving me updates on my order and making recommendations. I will totally come back again. Monica, thank you so much for all your help! Also, the embroidery came out beautiful! It was exactly, what I had envisioned.

I had the best experience with Monica! I had a last minute embroidery request for my fiancés graduation and she was able to not only accommodate me, but she took her time to make sure we got the lettering the way I wanted and so fast. It was done within an hour. I'm definitely coming back for bigger projects. Great customer service goes a long way and I'd highly recommend 3M's to anyone.
