“It's rare you meet a honest mechanic now days that you feel like they haven't pulled one over on you. Well today it happened on a Sunday when everyone was closed my only day off of the week and luckily I found him. After a dealer diagnosis saying my front lower control arms were bad on both sides ( Ive changed the rears before so I knew how to do the work ) i buy the parts and decided to have a mechanic install them because my jack didn't raise the car high enough for me to get under it comfortably ( and me not just wanting to spend my only off day working on the car ) I pull in explain what's going on first thing he says dealer probably lied let's check it. We check it and it's literally a screw so loose on the sway bar that could be hand tightened. Wow they tried to charge me 1200 bucks for a loose screw. Thankful for this honest man who didnt try and knock me over the head for repair that wasn't necessary. Thankful for this man support honest business”

“Love Mary, the postlady! We have a P.O. Box there so we enjoy the security that comes with it. Mary, corrects my mistakes I make when I send out something so it can get to the other party. She knows me by name, is sweet, friendly and personable. I prefer this place vs. the main one, if I can.”

“I feel compelled to write a review of this USPS as frankly I was pretty concerned after seeing the reviews here, and worrying that my moving up to the Oaks would be a nightmare for mail and packages. Thankfully the experience I had was both very pleasant with the person serving my both personable and professional - helping me out with paperwork I hadn't properly completed and helping a few customers behind me with a smile and friendly attitude.Seeing as these negative reviews are older, I'm optimistic that the leadership/staff changes that were needed have happened and that things are greatly improved with the people that are there now. (note: I do not disagree with those lower scores, they all appear to be very genuine, my review is to showcase that things have hopefully changed for the better and i'd like to reflect that)Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars today is that I will be going back there a few times over the next month for a variety of activities - if everything lines up then I'll be very happy to lift this to 5 stars and start to balance out those older, lower scores.”

“The Lakeport USPS office has some of the friendliest workers you'll ever met. They do offer all the services any postal office offers including passport, shipping and mailboxes. The place has been around for a while and I took of a star because they did not have some of the up-to-date equipments as other location. Still it is one of the cleanest USPS location I've been.”
