So beautiful from the Super Bloom caused by the drought exposing the ground, then all the storms in February and March 2023 filling Clear Lake, and watering the beach.Just sitting at the picnic table and staring out at the lake, listening for the lapping waves as they break on the shore, or looking at the lush colorful plants between the water and Highway 20.

Great views with park bench and picnic table. Not a fan of portable toilets. Great for birdwatching. I bet fishing here would be nice.

The view of the lake at this rest stop is fantastic. I walked along a small beach, and saw ducks hanging out on the lake one time. People do stop by to use the porta potty, and sit on the bench or at the picnic table. Once, I saw a worker stopped by to pick up trash on the beach.

So confused as to why this has a Google destination. It is a PORTA POTTY on the side of the road with a very expensive ornate concrete sign!! If you’re heading North drive on by as there are 2 plumbed restrooms within 2 miles.
