where to begin the new manager gossips about people and tells her employees personal things about people that are not her business to tell and to top that she points the peoe out so that when there in the store her employees ask the customer about the things she td them which is totally violating and wrong to do She also dresses very poorly always wearing over sized clothing that hangs off her body which is not very professional looking most the time you don't even know she's an employee there. And it's also ok for her employees to call customers names and disrespect them when asked not to be called names I do T even feel safe going there alone anymore cause when I do I have peoe I do T know asking me personal things about myself Get a new ma Agee before she runs it to the ground. One last thing when I went to go ask for the area mangers info to tell her about the complaint I was told it would do no good because she is best buddies with this manager so who would I have to help with my complaint if I can't go to the higher ips that's just ridiculous this is a business not the breakfast club for best friends

It's always so fun to go to the Lucerne, CA. Tower Market. We live nearby, so Tower is our usual choice. Example from today: a new register person, a young woman, is ringing up purchases. There are 9 people waiting to be checked out and she is the only cashier out of several checkout stations. The gas pumps can't be turned on because the new person doesn't know how, so all the people buying gas have to go inside. With no one to help her, she is pressured and the people waiting are getting frustrated. We can fully see a person on the phone in the corner at a desk within everyone's sight yakking on the phone, a manager possibly? This same person in the corner is generally always on her butt either playing on the computer, talking to other staff or friends or is on the phone chatting up friends or family when there is help needed at the registers. The young woman asks for help. The person on the phone finally says, "bye sweetie" so we know it is family or friends she's been happily chatting up. Listen, I am not one to complain. I am a graduate level professional person who has worked my way up from retail and know how hard it can be. I was taught that the customer is king. This has been going on as long as we have lived here, over a year and a half. Get smart Tower, fire this lazy person and find someone who gives a damn about having a job! There are plenty of other people who need work in this area, who are qualified. Even some of the other register operators would make excellent managers or whatever job it is that allows you to sit in the corner and do nothing.

The store is a tad grungy but it has always been my pit stop on the way to the coast. They have what you need for the trip.
