IMPRESSED!!!!!! I have bought and sold a few homes over the years and this was the BEST experience by far..Braelynn and her staff are extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of purchasing or selling your home... They are super friendly and I couldn't have been more impressed with them...Braelynn also has many professional contacts that were involved with inspection, appraisal,
land survey etc that are also super friendly and on point saving me cost and time...I highly appreciate them and recommend them..Great job!!!!!!! I will utilize them for any of my future real-estate needs

I met with Braelynn Staff in mid February of this year with the hope of selling my house and by mid April, I had a buyer and was closing on the sale of my house. Braelynn was so easy to work with and was always there to answer any questions I had at a moment’s notice. I can’t recommend her realty services enough. She is the best in the business!!!

I called Braelynn because I was interested in looking for some property and Lucerne valley. I called, and the voice recording instructed me for faster response please text. So I left a voice message and I texted. The next day I text it again. Two days later I called again. Finally receiving an answer, I was informed that they never received my voice message and they never received either one of my text messages. But yet my phone showed the call was made, and my phone also showed that the text messages were sent. Now granted it could be something with technology, I wouldn't put it past it, but it's also very frustrating when you leave messages and send text and the person on the other and tells you they never got any of it. And when I tried to let the young lady know, she insisted that she never got any of my messages that's why she never got back to me. So I will definitely have to go someplace else and talk to somebody who actually gets back to people who leave messages. As always, if you find yourself in a position to do business here, I hope and pray that your experience is better than mine.

Braelynn was the absolute best real estate agent we could have asked for. She spent countless hours showing us around to different houses and was always super personable and on time. She helped us find our dream home and I highly recommend her to help you find your dream home too, she’s amazing!

Braelynn Staff is an amazing realtor.. the BEST. Our house sale was a crazy journey (not her fault, we had a old home) she was great at everything. My Husband & I were super stressed but Braelynn was always there no matter what..literally answers her phone 24-7, always got back to us super quick. Very smart lady. She really knows her stuff! She is 100% a Hard worker. She will tell ya straight! She cares about her clients. I recommend her as a realtor to everyone. I am thankful we had her as a Realtor. She was very helpful on everything we needed to know. I didn't think our house would sell that fast. Also she writes descriptions for homes very well & takes beautiful pictures of the homes.
