The worst place to try to rent from. I sat in my car for half an hour on the phone just trying to rent a reserved space. I finally gave up. Complete waste of time. Customer service sucks.

Not returning calls about overcharging monthly rental. I have sent numerous emails showing the overages starting in July to current they do not reply or call me back the total comes to $101 I'm just trying to get them to put that towards the current month's rent and they do not reply and now they're trying to charge me $10 late fee for this month just trying to get them to put the overages towards this month's rent and I would make up the $23 not including the late fee that I don't think I should have to pay because they're not taking care of their end by dealing with any of this. Have records of this matter. Thank you ***************************

They are the best!!, I have had a here since 2011, they are well kept and secure, I had surgery on my foot so I hadn't been there for 2.5 year, I have my motorcycle there, and you can imagine how dusty it was!! I asked the new manager Mark to help me push it to wash it off with a hose by the office, without hesitation he jumped up and helped me push it, I washed it off and he helped me push it back!! Thats what I call going above and beyond duty. They hired the right guy for the job!!!..........Todd E Krook

Rented a space ,moved ,tried to make a payment from Colorado with 3 different cards and was not able to do so when i had someone take the payment in to the office there was no one there so it was left in drop box and called to make sure they have received the payment and have not been able to get anything from them i have been told that there is some one in the office 4 times and that they will give me a call back and still haven't heard anything back call the automated phone number and it says no balance do anymore and no way to make any pre payments for any months to comeI THINK THEY ARE GOING TO AUCTION MY UNIT OFF AFTER I HAVE PAY 1400. WHEN ALL I NEEDED TO PAY WAS 1303.50 WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE

Don't trust this place with your personal belongings. My unit was broken into and cleared out, multiple security cameras were broken. I had no call notifying me that there had already been 9 break ins just this year.

We've been trying to get a unit for several days now and no one is EVER at the location. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. It's rather frustrating when you don't have but a few options and this one in particular is not properly managed.

NEW OWNERS! as of mid 2022! Not the same family run operation that Lydia curated. AVOID this facility at all cost or it will cost you a tremendous about of time to recoup your personal items and hard earned money. Nothing but the run-around and over-charges here! ANY reviews over six months do not apply to this business. AVOID! There are so many amazing local businesses to patron, NEW OWNERS DON’T CARE!

This place WAS a wonderful place when Lydia was there. Since the new ownership? I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. There were NO notices, NO smooth carry over NO idea of of the incompetence to follow. I HAD auto pay to be worry free for the pmt of my 2 units. Now they are late in pay I've been calling & waiting for MANAGEMET TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ME THEY WILL NOT TAKE PMT ONLINE OROVER THE PHONE & I'VE BEEN OUT OF ROWN PAST 3MO. THEY ARE NO GOOD INCOMPETENT & WILL be looking at more time aside for a lawsuit if they auction me
