Very disappointed, last month car rental was good, this month even with a reservation I was told they didn't have any cars and wouldn't honor the reservation, just told me to call Hertz and get my money back. It was early enough in the afternoon to have had A&B collision reach out to Hertz for an additional car instead of shrugging and stating I can't help you even though you have a prepaid reservation for a car

Hertz Car Rental is located here. What a time saver. I would go all the way to Napa. They took the time to inspect and to take photos of the vehicle before I drove away. The Rental agent and Staff are super friendly. There is good a selection of cars to rent. Looks like they are closed on weekends.

Just another lake county disappointment ! Reserved car rental 2 months in advance and then told there’s no car available. Now working with customer support trying to figure out why this is even allowed. Why let someone reserve if it they can’t deliver? False advertising is what it is.

my daughter and I were driving over the mountain when a truck passed us on a curve and a pipe flew out of his truck. fortunately.it didn't injure us but the pipe bounced back and scrapped the whole side of my car. I went to A&B collision and they got me in quickly, rented me a nice car and in a little over a week I had my car back. Very friendly people, I enjoyed working with them.

So I had reserved a Car A Week and A Half from the date of pick up for this location and I walked in and went to pick up my vehicle and they said we have none. i then asked well what is the point of the reservation if I come here from Ohio across country to see family and there is no vehicle available? Go to enterprise in Napa they helped me and they have better customer service, it might be a few bucks more but it's worth it. If I could leave 0 stars I would

I took my car here and I was never given an estimate before they did any of the work. Alvaro, Bill, and the lady that works the front desk never communicated anything that needed to be done with my car. I knew my car felt unsafe to drive when I brought it in there and voiced my concerns to Alvaro. A & B collision had my car for 3 weeks before Alvaro called me and said the car isn't safe to drive so they couldn't work on it that it was making a loud noise when they drove it , I said why do you think I brought it to you, for you to fix it!? He then said they needed approval from state farm to order the 4 wheels. State Farm gave them the ok. I called them 2 weeks later to check up on my car and the lady up front said I could come get my car and a check for me to get the wheels myself. I asked to speak to Bill, and when I asked what was the noise my car was making, which was one of my main concerns with my car since it had been vandalized, he was oblivious to what I was talking about. And said to give them a few days. I found out later from State farm they submitted an additional estimate claim for the brake caliper to be replaced. Which means they were going to have me come get my car without performing a thorough inspection on it to ensure it was safe for me to drive now. I bought the wheels before I picked up the check. Since I couldn't drive my car away from their shop without them. They have refused to give me the money after asking multiple times. Since they had my car there for over 30 days only due to their incompetencies they started a lien on my car and it was repossessed and now they claim since I don't have the vehicle anymore I am not owed the money anymore. They are scam artists that prey on people who depend on them to help them. They purposely took longer to fix my car so they could file for a lien sale on it and said the car isn't going anywhere until they are paid $450. Disgusting excuse for a business and people!!

I booked a Hertz rental car through A&B collision for this holiday season. No cars were available and I was told I shouldn't have been allowed to make a reservation online.No one had checked for my rental confirmation or called me to let me know there were no cars available.My appointment was 2hrs after they opened for the day. When I asked about their fine print of providing an up/downgrade or a voucher for a rental at another time, I was told to call the corporate office.I understand that things happen, but the "customer service" was unprofessional at best.Christmas is ruined for my 70yr old mother in law who was waiting for us to come to see her. Unless you like to be disappointed Id suggest going to the enterprise rental.

I tried to avoid this, but I feel at this point it's necessary to inform others. On July 3rd I hit a deer after watching fireworks in Clearlake. I had my car towed to their shop that evening and received a call from their shop letting me know they'd have it done by that Friday, or midway through the following week at the latest. I thought that was really fast, but they seemed pretty confident. 2 weeks go by, no communication from the shop. I contacted them and they said the following week. Waited 2 more weeks, no communication. I contacted them again and they said still waiting on parts. This went on for 3 months until they finally got all the parts and got the car "fixed". They blame it taking over 3 months on Covid, which is somewhat understandable. During this time, my rental car coverage lapsed and I had to pay for a rental car for 2 weeks. I called to see if they could at least split the cost with me, and the guy said he had offered me a free loaner car during the first conversation(which was a lie). If he had, why would I have gone through the trouble to get a ride from my ex wife to ukiah to get a rental, and then have to deal with returning the rental lol. $450 in rental car fees later and they offered me a loaner. Anyway, at first glance the car was fine but after driving it for a day and having time to closer inspect the car, things were not right. The Horn didn't work, they forgot to put emblems back on the car, the smart key function didn't work and there was an issue with one of the windows. I called to notify them of these issues and they told me it wasn't their fault and to take it to Thurston Honda to get it fixed. I told them I didn't pay thurston to fix it, I paid A&B Collision so it's A&B Collisions responsibility to return my car near the condition it was prior to hitting the deer. The guy said "let me make some calls and I'll get back to you." Never did. After another couple weeks of no contact from them, I contacted them to see if they were ever going to try and fix my car. I was told to bring it in, and I did so as soon as I could. They called a few days, maybe a week or so later and told me all of the issues were fixed and to come pick it up. This was in November. I went in and the first thing the guy tells me is that he personally tested everything himself. Awesome. So I get in the car and try the horn only to find it still doesn't work lol. More lies. He tells me he will make some calls and see what happened cuz thurston was supposed to fix it(more passing the blame on someone else). Initially I started to leave in my car but decided I better not, because I might not hear from them again so I went back and had them give me the loaner back. Another week or so goes by and they tell me to come back again.. i immediately notice the emblems they had previously forgot were now installed but looked wrong.. but I wasn't 100% sure so I didn't mention anything. Another if the same car pulled up next to me at a light and I confirmed they were in fact wrong. A&B lined them up with he body lines which angle up, but they're supposed to be level.. parallel with the ground. This was a minor issue that I intended to let slide because I was over dealing with this body shop. They had my car for about 5 months at this point. Last Wednesday I was on my way to Long Beach to get on a cruise.. first time really taking the car out of town since they returned it. About 15 miles down I-5 and the clips that secure the plastic undercarriage broke off and it began dragging on the highway. So I'll be taking it to another shop to get fixed and send A&B the bill. I recommend everyone steer clear of this shop, it has been nothing but 6 months of headache.
