Our real estate agent was able to get a hold of Gregory Evans so that he could show us a home in Clearlake.. well, she reported back to us and stated that he did not want to show anyone who was not familiar with the area and didn’t know what they were getting themselves into??? He also said he wanted to (vet) us.. definitely a sign of discrimination. This guy should not be a real estate agent and selling homes nor working for century 21. We were disgusted and turned off and would never work with that agency. I left him a message and vm, no consideration, didn’t bother to call or return a text.

Awful office. People are clicky here. After we had established the details of our deal with our listing agent, this brokerage tried to change our deal. Thankfully we already had our agreement in writing. The Realtors that work out of this office may be good, but the management is petty and greedy. I recommend you go elsewhere.
