Poor communication after 6 years of renting a unit at $160 a month selling my unit at exactly 2 months behind, no phone call before actually auctioning. Shady owner who doesn't deserve the local business Response to owner: You sent both notices on the same day with no auction dates on either of them, just talking about extra fees if sent to collection. Nothing was published publicly that I could find, and whether it was legal or not it was a predatory way to run business in a small town. There was a brand new set of spare stock tires/rims for a 3/4 Ram diesel, a nearly new double stack GE oven, an Alto Shaam Cook and Hold TH-500 commercial oven, stainless steel restaurant tables, 2 commercial refrigerators, and numerous other things that luckily Ive continually taken pictures after my unit got broken into a few years back. So for you to say "junk you had to haul" just confirms to me your nefarious intentions. The owner acts like a nice guy but as I just learned will have no problem kicking you while your down and being sneaky about it by not informing me before any auction, he had no problem calling me a few years ago when the unit got broken into but not a single ring when he sold all my stuff.
