Jason noticed an interaction warning that is new between some of my wife's meds. This allowed her to discuss with her doc and avoid problems. He is the best pharmacist around.

I was overcharged for returning crutches a day early. After asking the employe why I was being charged extra she gave me an attitude stating that it was because I didn’t keep the crutches the whole week. This place is ridiculous.

Rexall Drug is a well known store from back in the day. It’s part pharmacy, part gift shop, part local artisan store, part kids gift store and a lot lot more. Even with all the different types of products in the store it is laid out well and has space for customers to walk comfortably. There are great Los Osos souvenirs and t shirts. Lots of holiday wares are dispersed throughout the store on different tables. There are so many great gift options. I would also recommend if you’re buying a gift for a younger child they’ve got lots of good toys and books on the back left of the store. Also there’s local ice cream points in the back to take home as well. Great selection of chocolates by the register as well.

So great to have this local pharmacy where you can talk in person to the pharmacist for help. Very helpful and pleasant personnel and a large selection of gift items as well.

I'm shocked that I have not reviewed this place as I've been going to it for a few years. My hairdresser told me about it. My girlfriends and I went today and we all bought some Christmas gifts. They have the best chocolates and so reasonable and you can get milk or dark. I got an ornament and another girlfriend bought these cute gloves for a granddaughter. I have also bought jewelry here before. One time I needed believe it or not lime green earrings and they had them. The gift wrap for free which is great. Nobody's pushy and they have lots of people to help you. They have acute assortment of toys for young children. For adults like me, purses, jewelry, some clothes, candles, and I can go on. Every time I'm down this way I have to come. Also, they are a pharmacy ha ha.

Love Love LOVE this place. Ok, so this is a pharmacy, but I feel that's secondary. When you walk in you take one look around and just KNOW you're going to be there a while looking at everything they have to offer. They display everything in a really cute way. You know they care about supporting locally and displaying artfully. I needed a unique gift for a 1 year birthday party. It was a 22 min drive (one way) for me but I figured I'd give it a try. This place did not disappoint. They have an entire section full of all kinds of really fun and exciting gifts categorized by age bracket. The staff was very helpful and didn't hover. I bought way too much (everything that I was shown lol) but you only turn ONE once right? Did I mention they gift wrap? Definitely coming back for the next time I need a unique gift for an adult or child. Might just switch my pharmacy to this place so I have a reason to come back and peruse on the regular.

Absolutely the best pharmacy ever! This is a traditional, family-owned pharmacy -- offering a congenial atmosphere and much better service and prices than at corporate pharmacies. Jason, owner and head pharmacist, goes out of his way to help clients, listening to their concerns and supplying accurate, detailed information. The staff is similarly exceptionally friendly and helpful. Delivers, too. Los Osos Rexall makes a real contribution to the community!

Acres of oaks twining around each other. Went on a rainy day, and the black trunks set off the pale green hanging moss. Definitely worth a walk.

This is the kind of drugstore I remember. Someone greets you right away, eager to help, but also wonderful gifts and treats and cards and whatever else you need. This is where I send my son and my husband to buy me gifts. All around the best pharmacy on the Central Coast. After I had my first experience here 2 years ago I switched all our prescription needs to this Pharmacy even though I live in Morro Bay

This is a fantastic pharmacy! I was super frustrated with the poor service at the Rite Aid in Morro Bay. I just moved all my prescriptions to Recall, and am so glad I did. They are professional, helpful, and friendly. I have been so pleased with the move. They also have a wonderful gift shop.
