Exceptional! Melissa was incredibly proactive throughout our entire home sale process. She is deeply rooted on the central coast with contacts to assist with any inspections/maintenance that may be required. She had great attention to detail and made herself available anytime we had questions. We will certainly use Melissa and Energy-Wise Realty for any future real estate in the area.

Amanda & Melissa @ Energy-Wise Realty performed beautifully for us in all respects. Amanda was even able to be so convincing with her video skills that we bought a house virtually! The Energy-Wise team was extremely responsive and actually rescued us from a large and combative lender by connecting us to a local lender who was superb. We cannot say enough about how Energy-Wise totally supported us at every step of the way. Amanda made the process of home buying quick (can, you believe we closed in 30 days!?), fun, painless, and honest. She drove to listings as soon as they hit the market and would video call us. We both work with two small children (during covid) so the thought of looking at properties over an hour away was not fun! But with Amanda, there was nothing holding us back. She did a lot of the leg work, as if it was a house she was buying. Amanda had great referrals for reputable inspectors, electricians, and anything we needed. She helped us find a move-in ready home that we've had zero issues with, in a nice neighborhood, a big lot, best house layout I've ever seen, and just truly made it easy. We even kept forgetting to cancel our old utilities and the second she heard me say that she offered to help call on our behalf. After we moved out of our home rental she showed up to let the cleaners in and the junkers in. They arrived two different days before the crack of dawn and she was there! She moved heaven and earth so we didn't have to keep driving back and forth. I've honestly always dreaded the logistics of home buying but I regret nothing. My first home buying experience was amazing and efficient. Amanda understood the ins and outs of the home loans and title process and explained all the pieces. Thank you Amanda for helping us find an amazing move in ready home the kids can grow up in! Also, all our friends are jealous of this house - it's perfect!
