Great spot. Was expecting a far lower "upscale hotel" dining experience, but the culinary here is really superb. Very fresh, innovative, and many excellent choices on the menu. Kudos to the culinary staff. Bar staff did ok under a crush when we arrived, maintained their composure and didn't fall too far behind.

Place was great. One of the nicest rooms we’ve stayed in over the years. We were upgraded to a fantastic suite because of our anniversary and it was almost too much! It was huge and cozy at the same time. Great value when the rates are lower but can get pricey AF on weekends and busy times of the year. The town lacks decent shopping and food options but if you can live off of wine tasting you could spend a month here and not get thru all the wine tasting rooms within walking distance!

Totally awesome boutique hotel, located in the center of town with short walking distance to many restaurants and shops… plenty of free parking… we stayed in suite 9 on the corner… extremely quiet, roomy, comfortable, and cozy with a fireplace, 56” TV, and wet bar… very comfortable bed, excellent linens and towels… staff goes out of their way to accommodate your every need… we will definitely stay at Fess Parker again… well worth the price… thank you… ??

Lovely stay, gorgeous suite (room No 6), extremely quiet (not a sound), very spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast which was included in our rate was a little disappointing with some items already finished by the time with arrived in the breakfast room at 8.30 (breakfast is served until 10.30). The lady overseeing the breakfast was lovely and very apologetic, however the hotel should know how many guests to expect for breakfast and cater accordingly. Great to have an EV charger to charge our car overnight; there is only one charger but we were lucky to be the only one needing a charge. Great service throughout our stay.

Love the place, the decor, the service and personnel and yes the wine too and this is over a week ago so it ain’t the wine talking. Love the open space because the kiddos could play around and run around in a safe area and the view and sunset are just incredible. It does get cold so dress warm specially in the

Love the location and restaurant on property. Was very disappointed in the hotel staff. Checked in on a rainy night no assistance offered for luggage or parking. No housekeeping M-W. “Turn down service” didn’t even restock basic bathroom amenities.For the price paid the value just wasn’t there. Front desk staff was rude and confrontational solving folio questions. Very disappointed as my wife and I were looking to make this a regular getaway.Food & drinks: Nella is wonderful, great food and service.

Four of us booked the wine cottage for three nights in the beginning of Oct. It is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage that sits behind the Epiphany Tasting Room which makes it very convenient for tastings there. When booking the cottage you get complimentary tasting to Epiphany and Fess Parker. The cottage has a large living area with comfortable sofas and a full kitchen. The cottage was spotless and the air conditioning worked great. There is also an outdoor area but we spent our time at Epiphany enjoying the wine. You can use the Fess Parker Inn facilities but we didn’t have time to take advantage of them. The staff was kind enough to call us when the cottage was ready so we could get in early. There was a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker.

Lovely hotel on the main drag in Los Olivos. The rooms are very large and luxurious and well appointed. I didn't hear any noise from the street and while it was incredibly hot outside the two air systems in my room kept it more than comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the restaurant is spectacular.
