Poor customer service, complaints were ignored , blame put on customer, cashier threatened customer, manager ignored customer complaint because an employee quit . I do not recommend this store

The pictures shown of store are not the same store in Los Molinos. With that said' it's not a bad store but not as good as one in Red Bluff. The service is friendly enough, but you cannot go down certain isles because they are completely blocked by back stock, carts, and boxes of stuff ( I guess that's still being put out? ). It's such a small store already, ..it's always a maze trying to get where you want to go. Then they usually have only one Checker regardless how big the line is. Meanwhile the manager hangs out in back instead of opening up another register. If someone wants ice u have to wait even longer for them to honoutside and unlock the ice chest. Then they switched to super cheap a** bags. Not the sturdy ones you can use for garbage . Yet they still charge you a quarter of a dollar. They do have a self check out which is nice when it's busy. But why not just get another checker?? Why does it fall on the customer to do the stores work? I guess Dollar General can't afford the minimum wage hike increase. Mainwhile the company revenues approx. around 12 Billion dollars annually. So if your gonna use the grid more than most stores and monopolize the entire smaller grocery store market at least hire another cashier for $12.70 an hour. For crying out loud

Garbage management. Store always so full of stuff to put away it's literally blocking entire isles, good luck in case of a fire.

When you walk in employees are always happy with a smile on their face greeting you and asking if you need any help they're always willing to make sure you get the best customer service that you're expecting

Night manager very inconsiderate and rude.left me standing for long time, even when she knew I have severe arthritis and peripheral neuropathy in my legs . Second time I have had problems with this person.

All employees worr masks .we got everythi g we needed from here for our trip with 5 kids to the hotsprings in montana.we absolutely love the prices and selection they are grand
