“Caught a flat running I five south in red Bluff. Stopped at multiple gas stations to get air when I realized I had to get this fixed! I could hear the air coming out very fast. Looked up the nearest tire shop to me and it was big O. In fear of needing a new tire, I went as quickly as I could before I had no air left. These guys found the leak and repaired it for me for free! Even just that $25 means a lot around the holiday season! Thanks, Big O much appreciated.”

Passing through town while on vacation and being 12 hours from home and also 8 hours from my destination made me an easy mark.
After spending the night at a local motel, I woke to find that I had a flat tire. The motel owner was almost TOO FAST to recommend a tire shop that was almost TOO CONVENIENTLY located right next door. NOPE... not for me.
I checked online to find a Les Schwab Tire Center that was only a mile away. I managed to get 14 lbs of pressure in my tire using a portable pump and we headed off.
We were greeted immediately and checked in by a very happy and polite associate. 15 minutes later my car was brought inside. 15 minutes later I was at the counter checking out. I was told that there were 5 nails in my tire with 2 of them punctured through (the rest were stuck in the tread).
The tire was checked and repaired and they also checked my other 3 for signs of damage. (The other 3 were fine).
All of this, was done for no charge at all. I was sent on my way to continue my vacation with my tire repaired for absolutely no charge.
These are now my "go to guys" for anything tire related. Whether it's for a repair or for the purchase of new tires these guys have earned my respect and my loyalty.

“We were on our way home on Saturday after a camping trip. My wife and I in our RV and my son in his Toyota pickup. Our son called to tell us that his truck had smoke coming from under the hood. We called a tow truck and had him tow the truck to an auto repair in Corning Ca, which was closed for the weekendWhile we were waiting I called the local Chevy dealer. I spoke to Greg Hogan asking about their stock, thinking that we could trade a blown up pickup truck for a new vehicle and be on our way. Greg asked our situation and I told him what was going on, It turned out that he didn't have an appropriate vehicle for us to buy.While we were waiting for the tow truck, Greg took the initiative to come by to speak to us in person, which impressed me. Greg suggested that instead of leaving the truck on the street, we could leave it in his lot behind a locked gate. It was a week before we could work out disposal of the truck. Greg was great! He was very helpful when we really needed help and didn't charge for storing the truck or any of the time he spent helping us. “We just picked up our trailer yesterday and I couldn't wait to write a review about our experience with this wonderful shop.We gouged the side of our brand new 26' trailer on its maiden voyage, carving through the gel coat and leaving an ugly gash along the entire length.Finding someone reputable who repairs gel coating proved to be a challenge but finally, Bob's truck repair came highly recommended.I called and talked to Gary, who was very nice and assured me that it could be fixed.After a couple of weeks it was done, but when we went to get it, it wasn't quite right due to a fluke. So we went home without our trailer, but with the assurance that it would be promptly fixed.Not even a week later, Gary called, saying we could come back and pick it up.They did a spectacular job, it looks perfect, like nothing ever happened to it. “I called Jose told him i needed a coolant hose replaced, between the Egt cooler and the heater core, I sprung a leak. He diagnosed it, ordered the part and had me on my way. Jose and his family and coworkers are awesome. I I lived in Red Bluff I would use this shop for all my auto repairs on my 2015 vw Passat tdi. Jose and his shop, I consider a blessing!”

“Amazing folks. I was in town just before the holiday weekend and my AC wasn’t working in my truck. I called them up in the morning, they scheduled me an appointment for the afternoon, replaced almost every part of my cooling system and had my truck returned to me that evening. They even shuttled us to and from so we didn’t have to sit at the shop all afternoon. Blown away (and cool now) by the speed and professionalism of this shop. Highly recommend!”

“Price was so right i had to buy. They also had time to deliver it on the same day. I was happy. A week in and i had one issue, the dash started to make all kinds of crazy stuff. Their mechanic called me back that same day and told me to check on a wiring and sure enough the wire came apart. So that was a quick over the phone fix. It's been a couple of yrs since and have had no other issue.”
