I was supposed to receive Western Union transfer here and they lied to me over phone that they can do this, but in fact it was very limited amount only

The worst pharmacy I've ever experienced in my life. Horrific customer service....too many nightmare issues to go through. Don't even bother calling them. You will sit on hold for 30 minutes and then be hung up on...it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!
