The absolute worst branch of any bank and certainly of wells fargo. They are rude, lazy, and could care less about clients. Super understaffed. Don't waste your time banking here.

This is by far the worst WF branch. No one will help you. Understaffed. Agree with the other reviews of lots of people doing nothing and managers who could give a crap.

I have had some horrible customers service experiences at the bank as of late. Irma T. , a banker at this branch, restored my faith. She was smart, efficient and effective in resovling my issues. This was my first time at this branch and its the only branch ill go from here on out. Thank You Irma!!!

So many ppl in line, and they have only 2 reps helping out. Make no mistake, there are A LOT of employees walking back and forth, they just don't think they should help with the long line. Including not a supervisor(?) who just sits behind all the others looking very bored.

Went there at 11:55 on Saturday and they say they dont have bankers to do wire transfer.You are located in los gatos and you dont have bankers to help people on a Saturday. I guess you dont want peoples business

After being a customer for almost 10 years, I requested to get a copy of my statement and I called the bank, unfortunately I got to talk to a very unprofessional guy name Kellen! Unlike other backs that they would either verify you over the phone or just have you sign an authorization, this guy asked me to go to the center which I did. I arrived 10 min early and he was upset that I arrived early!! I then left and grab a coffee and came back. He then asked for my ID to verify me. The he said I had to sit in the bank for him to find all the stents and emailed them to me. I told him that I had to go back to work and once he verified me, there should be no reason that I had to wait and sit there while he emails all the documents. He refused and said if I didn't stay, he will refuse to help. I don't understand why he had to be so rude to me to waste my time sitting there, where he could have just start emailing me after he verified me!! He was extremely rude, unprofessional and unreasonable who does not care about the time of customers! Glad I moved my account elsewhere.

Wells Fargo Customer Beware - Our online Wells Fargo Account just got hacked and the fraudsters were able to wire transfer $12K from the account. It is an obvious fraud. However, the Wells Fargo Online Fraud dept. and back office our denying our claim because they think "We" compromised our account. This is outrageous. Their customer services and backend offices are so disjointed that every time its a different call to a new person. I am planning on leaving after 30+ years with Wells Fargo.

I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 plus years and there is a reason. I find the tellers and people in the offices very competent, courteous and efficient. I just got done working with John Hua and needed a transaction sheet for my CPA. John got me in between appointments and had what I needed in 5 minutes. He made my day! All of the recent tellers have been great to work with and i feel blessed to have this good team here in los Gatos. During COVID it is best to make an appointment but you can also walk in and get good service. thanks John ! Patrice

Far too few tellers. Long, long waits. COVID is poor excuse. Shorter hours, fewer people = worse service.
